Several pages back one of the brand managers posted about the new game (video poker) to be added soon and some games are in progress of getting redesigned. Chartbet will become a multiplayer instead of single player like playing in a live casino. Plinko's payout was changed recently keno might be next since they're looking for suggestions from the community.

That's part of this update which will enhance more customer experience inside Stake.com, very interesting and for sure it will add more excitement

it is just the graphical representation of the actual outcome of the bets
you can see it when you start auto drop and tab out
when you return to the tab, almost all of the balls will drop simultaneously
the game is provably fair i.e. for every ball there is a result of the server seed+players seed+nonce combination that determines the result of every particular game
each and every ball is that separate game and first the result is calculated and then the visual representation is coded according to some predetermined paths
I think every result has 10-50 different graphical representations, sometimes when you are playing plinko long enough you recognize certain "troll balls"
when a ball jumps all the way to the centre from a surefire 1000x slot you were so hoping for

I guess this was the main goal of those who created the theme and its initial intent instead of it being purely for aesthetics purposes

It is rightfully assumed that many people will be playing dice deep at night when no one like a spouse or parents (as well as children, for that matter) can see and catch them gambling away their family budget. And dark themes (and cryptocurrencies in general) contribute a lot to this privacy and secrecy. Back in the day there were programs that would catch a keystroke and show some innocent document while you were watching porno

But if it can help save battery along the way, then so be it

Just curious about something... When you program something like "Plinko" for instance, do you pre-configure the route for those falling balls for a specific outcome or do they bounce on their own with a random outcome that are controlled somehow, to accommodate for the house edge?

Is this just a graphical representation of the actual outcome of the bets or are their luck involved with the bounce of the ball? >

I'll always go with a dark theme over a light one given a choice, I dont want to be staring at a brightened lightbulb for any period of time. In practise I could alter all sorts of monitor settings and adjust it that way but its not what happens in effect. For chrome I'll often get the lights off extension installed or similar to dim the default super bright catchy themes most websites go with

But, you are forgetting the added experience and money and bigger team. I understand that without primedice stake wouldn't be this good but not because of the advertisement or the name or anything else. If the topic is that primedice indirectly did helped it to become like this then I can agree to a point. However if you mean people play here because they trust primedice and know it then that is just plain wrong.

When primedice first started none of these people had this much experience and probably some of them had none. Now that team has a superb experience in crypto gambling world and really experts of their subjects and also posses a ton of money to spend as well. Which means the success of stake could be due to their time with primedice but people are not playing here because they are connected with it.

Yes it was, alteration such this can make each user have comfortable when come to the forum. Moreover, there is an option to change the theme by each user so that they feel the forum is their home. I guess stake.com can make a better change than this, and I hope stake.com can be one of the gambling places that are most in demand by every gambler.

Great update. It's almost a year since i've opened my forum account on stake back then there was no dark mode and I like the twitter feed on the side.

The color scheme that was used on the dark mode made it look a lot better over the old version.

I saw in the stake forum there was various respond from the people regarding new theme but basically they were liked it because the color looks more soft to see on their eyes and not too bright comparing from the previous theme

Hey that’s a welcome addition I feel this theme is being adopted by many sites in general, there’s a huge demand for the dark theme. I have personally been switching to the dark mode, as and when I get a chance as it is easier to read on the site. I’m hoping other sites also follow suit and allow users to choose the dark theme, as these days all want it.

That's a much needed update, this will give people use it day and night. I don't think other websites have got similar feature.
