If we are talking about crypto-casinos, then in general there are many problems with their registration and normal functioning. Starting from the fact that so far the usa legislators cannot properly determine the status of the cryptocurrency itself. And from here comes a huge chain of all sorts of bureaucratic rubbish and delays for a particular casino operating in cryptocurrencies. Especially these concerns the topic of taxation, beloved in the USA.
So not everything is so good in this matter.
It seems that there will not be enough forces and means for even the most powerful tax service. I also think that is why usa legislators have been unable to decide on the status of cryptocurrency for so long. I wonder, of course, how the lawsuit that is going on with Ripple will end? I think a lot will finally be determined from the decision on this lawsuit. And legislators will also adopt relevant laws. And it is clear that their decision to extend to other jurisdictions. It's true, it all drags on. I also think that the banking lobby simply does not know how to do this in order to crush the entire crypto market for themselves. Bankers just want to strangle the cryptocurrency, destroy it, they don’t need such competitors at all. But so far they are not very good at it.
And accordingly, for the time being, crypto-casinos can successfully and profitably operate in such a kind of "gray" market.
And that's good for all players.
