To stand with Ukraine must support Putin in an interview with Reuters last month he called for an end to the conflict in Ukraine and the release of political prisoners including opposition leader Alexei Navalny. He formally submitted documents to Central Election Commission officials to enter the polls where Putin's victory is seen as a foregone conclusion by supporters and opponents alike.

Unfortunately this is all that we can do. No country is required to follow another country based on the laws implemented on one country. From what I know, The united states of America has showed support for Ukraine and has multiple times have given aid to them in response to Russia’s attacks on Ukraine. This petition can only reach as far as the US government and from then it is up to the US government to decide what to actually do.

Pressure from the masses usually concerns the government and succumbs to whatever they are fighting for however in a lot of cases, petitions and rallies get lost in the wind. The government will always think of what is best for the country not what is morally correct. Just look at US helping Israel and supporting the attacks on Palestine despite many petitions and rallies going all around the country and even the world.

Congratulations to Ukraine in advance and, it will not take Ukraine government long time before they can restore their damage back, if those that are behind them fulfill their promise to rebuild their economics that was damaged during the war incident that made the two countries Russian and Ukraine to loss a lot of valuable assets in their various countries.

Russian have what it takes to rebuild their economics without waiting for other countries intervention because, they have resources that will restore their lost for the country to start making progress like the way they where making progress in all aspects of economics before.

I am just a bit doubtful because I am from one of the Asian countries currently struggling with China regarding territory disputes. The reality of this thread is that somebody wants to use Russian funds to rebuild the part of Russia that almost everybody in the West calls Ukraine. Why do they think it's called Ukraine... a separate country from Russia? Because they have been propagandized into thinking that way by the people who control the media... even the popularization of books.

So it could be easy for them to tell the difference between a freshly created account an someone who has used the account/email for years, but since this is just some kind of survey, then there is not so much seriousness on it.

We, citizens of Ukraine, and its many friends and supporters, urge the U.S. President and Congress to enact, without delay, the "Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act" (REPO for Ukrainians Act). By using confiscated Russian sovereign assets to make Russia pay for the damage and injury it caused in Ukraine, cease its use of force against Ukraine, and withdraw its troops from within Ukraine's internationally recognized boundaries, this act would serve as a powerful countermeasure to Russia's serious violations of international law.

The transfer of assets to recipients requires the utmost transparency, accountability, and control to ensure that the recipients receive what is due to them. We urge the President, in coordinating the establishment of the international compensation mechanism with foreign partners including Ukraine, to provide for distribution of the funds directly to the end users."
