ICO is moving very slowly. Ten million dollars is not much. It had to be finished by now.
No rush, everything will be fine as long as market carry on to be stable...it was some mess recent days in crypto so people are very picky about icos.

The crowdsale has already started and by the looks of it the sale will not last long, they only need to raised 2Mil somebody on slack posted a contract address that say starbase crowdsale but lets wait for the official announcement.

I liked this project when it was announced months back, but multiple delays just discouraged a lot of people, now that crowdsale is finally open, I hope all the keen people will be back to participate..
Now many people will return to invest in crowdsales. Bitcoin hardfork was cancelled and we can see good time for Ico's again. Starbase have a good chance to get a good funds for the platform development.

You are right, multiple delays are annoying.. also for me as investor. But looking back now it was a good decision to avoid any problems with all the regulations.
