Before review anything, i have a question about the symbol/ticker...
I think the STAR ticker has been used by other project is StarCoin and it has been listed in the exchanger, does it not matter?

Nice idea, crowdfunding is huge and very popular at the moment. Just look at Kickstarter and also http://www.pledgemusic.com/ to mention just a couple.
