Yep can confirm I've had payouts. It really regular like every 15-20mins.

Net hash for starcash has spiked recently, so if you are not mining with much you may not get a payout

Good for the network but not for rewards.... May need to rent some more.

Dude, coinsmarket price shouldn't be counted, the volume there is funny, if you dump it will crash to 0 and if you pump it will reach huge. If you buy with your 0.01786044 BTC, the price will go to 4000 satoshi.
