Do sports betting only on those sports in which you are interested and which you have watched from a longer time and in which you know about the team. So in these games you will know that which will be the result and will know that on what to bet and what will profit you more. If you will bet on other random sports then you will result in lose.
I've never found any gambling or sports betting particulary interesting or addictive in any way. But I'm kind of interested on how does one get into sports betting? Do you find the sport you like or the sport with best odds and better options with higher chances of predicting? Also I was thinking of getting into e-sport betting, anyone else that's already into it?

because in my experience sports betting is one of those games that can not be played if you are not happy with the choices and have no information about the games, you will end up losing and then having a very bad time.
i am speaking from experience. after everyone saying sports betting is good, we all are intrigued to try it out but not all of us are sports fans so we fail.
You should have good knowledge of the sports you bet for. It does not help just set bets on random guess. You may have luck short term but mid and long term you will definitely lose. If you are interested in some kind of sports try to get some knowledge. Study statistics. The web is full of good free statistics sites. For example, the soccer teams A and team B plays a match. Both teams have scored very less goals in the running season (lets say team A 0.9 goals on average and team B 1.1 goals on average). There is a good risk/profit ratio in betting for under 2.5 or under 3.5 goals (the more risk-free option).
There are few places where i place sports bet specially soccer matches (if my favorite teams are playing). One of my favorite is directbet but sportsbet, nitrogensports are also good sportsbook you can check them.
For betting on esports, nitrogensports is good but better to do your own research on matches rather than following suggestions/tips by other people/site.

I consider soccer is my best section for gambling, and i don't search for the highest odd for betting, usually, I like to play simple with only my experience about football , because i love so much football. Anyways, I like soccer and i usually bet in this section. And i don't bet so much. most of the time i gamble for pleasure not for profit. so i can watching my favorit event Eagerly.

because the love of the sport, has a lot of knowledge about the sport, and can also be in love with a team, such as in love with one of the football team, you must know the state of the team, you must know the strengths of the team and you also believe in the strength of the team, you must know who the prospective opponent and how its power. Well i think most people who do sports betting are already fans of certain sports. For me, its not addicting as it only like watching an nba game or a ufc fight. You can't say that you're addicted to doing so but dedinitely you're interested so i don't think it's boring as well. If you bet on a sport that interests you then you most likely would have information or idea of what the result may be

I usually bet only on the sport I passionately follow regardless of best odds nor any other options. (Please remember there is no easy predicting. Future always a mystery. Even if some says 100% sure shot, I will not be ready to believe that to go for betting).You can start betting with your favorite sport. Either you can start with very minimum bet amount or just do paper betting.
Similarly only on favorite games, we can predict the result so there will be no missing out some easily predicting games.

Yeah right, if you do sports betting is definitely going to bet on a favorite sport. By betting on a favorite sport will make us know about the team that competed so that we can predict a stronger team, it will increase the chances of winning. It would make more fun to me, especially if it wins

you first have to be a sports fan.
then you find a sport or a team that you love, and more importantly watch and follow. then you make bets on their matches.
if you are not a sports fan then you will never have a good time making any bets. and surely enough you can never win anything. and i have done it, i have tried to make bets on sports that i didn't know anything about or didn't even like, and failed to do so. because i had no idea what to do apart from using a tipster and i never enjoyed it so i gave it up.

as someone who has been making bets on e-sports i have to tell you that there is no difference between betting on e-sports or sports. the same rules and risks apply in both fields.
the team, the players and their moods is true in both fields.
you just have to know the both teams and know their history. and also in some e-sports games you should know the new meta (since they change a lot) and also know how the teams are comfortable with the new meta.

being in love or liking the sport has very little to do with Sports Betting. Even if you pick the team that you like you could still lose because anything could happen in the world. I know that people didn't want to read that -though it is true.
From my experience with Sports Betting it is kind of like "Math" if you research the players -calculate and see their recent winning/losing playing record then you have a much higher chance of winning. That is the technique.

you are thinking about money and that is why you never found any of them particularly interesting enough to play.
when you are a fan of a particular sport or even s-sport, and watch all the games and follow them around it means you know a lot about them and enjoy watching the matches so when you add money to this process it becomes double interesting.
next time try to find what you like and then make bets on that, i am sure you will find it interesting, unless you are like me and not a sports fan.
