Relying solely on influencers for investment decisions can be risky as they may not always be right. Conducting research on your own can be time-consuming but can lead to more informed and independent decision making, which is important in the volatile world of investments.

The disadvantage of following an influencer is you will also suffer if the influencer didn't make it rather than listening to influencer and compare the information you gather yourself through research. Doing research yourself maybe tiring for us to do since you have to make a deep research about a project before you can summarize all of it and after that you have to compare it to others and see the difference if that's what you want to do before making the final decision.
we don't need to follow them completely instead use their thing to understand more the project they are promoting in this you may find what is best for investing , yes they mostly being paid as shill but always remember that there are hype that may happen along the way and getting the right timing may bring you good result.
Blindly following the advice of crypto influencers on YouTube without understanding the underlying technology and fundamentals of the project can be a risky decision. It's also important to remember that these influencers are often paid to promote certain projects, and their recommendations may not necessarily align with the best interests of their viewers.
well Only noob will fall from that kind of traps. and hope that there will never be more again.

If you are that someone who do make out those blind decisions and do easily believe on what others been saying then you should cut off that kind of approach and behavior because you are most likely be messed up
on whatever things that you might be dealing up ahead.Im not saying that they are bad to follow but we should really be that in our self on making that decision which is based up on your own jurisdiction and not
on others.Main mistake of people is that they do get easily be able to believe on what they are seeing in front of them.If they do see positive and someone do claim that they are
good but ending up on a mess then for sure you would definitely learn up your lesson.

As a rile of thumb, I don't really trust cryptocurrency influencers no matter how  "reputable" or established they are in the platform. I'd rather do the research on my own than fail miserably after I trusted a skinny dude on youtube tell me about how this coin is going to be the next 100x gem or whatever the hell they use to bait people into believing them.

Most of them take sponsorships or under the table favors too from project founders and whatnot to help shill their project and create artificial hype which will help increase internet traction on their end. Just a big red flag for me coz it just goes to show that the project can't speak for itself and is probably another dime-a-dozen get rich quick scheme.

Yes influencers spread knowledge for the getting money and we don't know that this information is suitable to follow or not. But I think that not all of the influencers are wrong some of them give you true knowledge about any coin. There are no surety about any coin so blaming influencers for all your losses is wrong because sometime influencers gives accurate Knowledge but due to market unpredictable Fluctuations their informations become wrong. It is important to note and hear all the information which you obtain but follow only those which you think that it will make you able to earn revenue in better form.
I agree with you completely, not everything depends on influential people, yet they cannot predict everything because there is an increase in altcoins and not only so you can’t blame anyone, there are various reasons that can affect growth or something else.the fact that influential people can decide growth artificially is very little of it

Stop following crypto influencers, those of you who like using YouTube videos to pick coins and tokens to invest in you need to hear this, those crypto influencers on YouTube are getting paid to promote those projects they are chilling, why would they promise you 2x or 5x when they aren't part of the team themselves? They did this because that's how they make their own money. He who have hears let him hear.
We as a whole recognize that they're doing that to get the same thing posting of a signature campaign here. It directs them to the most proficient method to match their honor. I never realized this undertaking was apart of a force to be reckoned with. I agree that avoiding the next kind, but the first type can be useful because people do in fact learn about various tasks through it.

well, we never know what influencers from social media want. too many negatives for that. in fact, many people who are just learning to invest try to invest in the coins they recommend, even though the coins are really close to a scam. this happened a long time ago. -snip-

That's right, people who are new to trading crypto/new to invest in crypto, they will make influencers as people they need to follow. I was doing the same way before, when I made McAffee a person who I thought understood more than me about potential coins. In the end I realized I was wrong, After that I'm never follow any influencer anymore.

Totally believe it.Most if what Crypto-influencers are doing is for there own benefit only they care little about the general public. Many are been paid to promote projects there know little or nothing about. It is better for one to make good research about a project before making an investment to avoid loosing your funds.

Whether or not the influencers are getting paid, people should build the habit of Doing their own research when it comes to investing and trading. You bear the financial risk of your decisions and should not base those decisions on someone else's opinion.

There is no guarantee in cryptocurrencies, so any project that "promises" any type pf growth at all is a huge red flag.

I don't think all promising projects have big danger, they just need to buy and sell when the price is rising, but I don't think everyone can read that, so it requires a lot of experience of course.
I played stepn and got a profit even though now the price has dropped a lot because the fomo has ended and the bear market occurred in the middle of last year.

They actually do endorsement for some project. They get paid for promoting a project but it is not their responsible if the project turn into scam. So, we need to be smart do not trust easily. You can do your own research there is a lot information that you can gather now.

this really should be avoided because they advise us to buy and sell tokens/coins according to their instructions, even though they might have bought it first and then told their followers to buy it. and make them their selling target.i hope people out there can see this and avoid influencer.

The advice often given to avoid this is to do some deep research on your own. it's better than following someone else's advice. however, we bear our own risk, so we need to invest wisely.

You bring up a valid point about the potential conflicts of interest that can arise when influencers are paid to promote certain coins or tokens. It's important to do your own research and not solely rely on the opinions of influencers or any other individual.

As with any investment, it's important to understand the fundamentals of the project and its underlying technology, as well as its potential risks and rewards. It's also important to consider the track record and reputation of the team behind the project, as well as any regulatory or legal considerations that may affect its future prospects.

Ultimately, it's up to the individual investor to make their own decisions and take responsibility for their own investment choices.

Right. Following crypto influencers has its own pros and cons.  They help us to stay updated with the latest news, share their insights, and sometimes they do giveaways.
One can with some effort find those information by themselves, but it helps having a way to easily get a recap of what is going on in the crypto space.

It is important to do our own research and make informed decisions rather than relying solely on influencers' advice.
This is the highlight of my earlier reply. In crypto, do not trust; verify. This includes not trusting anyone with investment advice and always doing your own research.

Tho some influencers don't really give credible advice because they don't have reliable sources of information and just use social media to promote certain cryptocurrencies for their own benefit. I think following too many cryptocurrency influencers can lead to information overload and and if there is anyone that should unfollowed, it should be based on our own research. It is important to do our own research and make informed decisions rather than relying solely on influencers' advice.

only take necessary information, usually they have good information in regard of the coin and then decide yourself by making your own analysis inregard of these coins in general, you should never rely on other in term of financial decision, since if there's chance that you will incur loss you will be the one responsible for it, not the other stranger.

Influencers are not bad people, they just do their job not all the coins explained pay them, and I think crypto influencers only do marketing for the event not to detail until the end of the project
to buy tokens, I think everyone returns to the initial decision when we choose the token and already understand the risks
One of the most common risks on being an influencer is that once you do advertised a shit project or something that brings people in harm, you would definitely get that blame and criticism without even
trying out to realize that they've been paid up on advertising something and thats why lets not really that putting all the blame for these influencers but of course they do really have that part
and thats why lots of people been affected and this is why you cant blame someone to do directly into these fellas on the time that they do experience negative things.
