I think everyone will believe in ICO until the legislation severely restricts their effectiveness. It will happen this or next year.

This is a good question. While some ICOs may be a bit out of most people's ball-park, others do seem very promising.

I think I agree with your opinion with many of the ICO's emerging we can be more thorough in analyzing the ICO so we can get a successful ICO
I think there are still some high quality ICO projects in the current chaotic market, and opportunities still exist，

If you have any doubt in the ICOs that you want to join then dont do it but there are a bunch of paying ICOs out there, you just need to research and have some information on that ICO for you to save time and effort.
ico in my opinion required high patience to get big advantage, and must padai in analyzing a project.

My believe in ICO is still intact. The fact that few ICOs have not be successful doesnt means that we shouldn't buy into ICO. All the Ico I have participated in have been successful because I do the proper research before I invest my hard earned income.

i can only recommend those ico that i have tested and seen since started and done,this is the TRADE( IO token (TIO)and the UNITED TRADERS token(UTT) you can check them by your self for your preference upon choosing on what coin could be the best for you.P.s this is only advice because i ,myself had known it.and have invested them now for even 6'months to 1 year term depends on its movements

Before investing in an ICO, you must first read its whitepaper. by reading it, you'll know if it has a potential. There's an ICO than can go up from x10-x100 in months. You just need to choose the right one.
Of course I believe in ICO, it's a fantastic way to financing startup, and a good opportunity to make some money
As long as good projects will appear into the crypto I will belive because we are still at an early stage of cryptos. It's true that there are some that won't have any succes or some of them are scams but make sure you know in what you invest.

Actually in the current we have lots of options to make money like investment in even any stupid coin and if that coin get pumped then we can make money and also we can see that many types of investment sites are also running which are giving profit then surely we have lots of earnings , and people still want to make more and more earnings because of greediness .When the first time I seen in the ICOs success then I found that it was not simple for us to make big profit , but now in these days ICOs are even getting successful but still the owner are looking to make more profit than what earlier another owners were thinking to make .
So in this way this is resulting in the non successful ICOs and also we can see that few people are creating fake ICOs also .
So here I would like to suggest everyone that don't invest in any ICOs directly without any investigation otherwise you will loss .
There's a lot of ICO on going and everyday will have an easy access to buy token and if the project is real good then the token sale will end as fast as it can. though some investors want to see who's behind it before buying ICO tokens
believe it or not everyone decides for himself. Yes, of course a lot of ICO was to go, and many of them are scams but and of choice for good ICO has also become more! So we need more carefully to study the projects and you will be happy!

ICO's are a great way for projects to raise funds but a lot of them are in it just for the money and does not really care if the project will be successful or not. Some may even have a fraud project that does not make sense so we need to choose wisely as we can waste our resources with these. 
Yeah still belive in ICO's I saw a lot of usefull projects in ICO's, right now also have a lot of scam Ico's but i am sure ll find way how to stop scam Ico's.
