There are so many cheap good alts available now allready that there is no need to go for risky ICO. I think thats one of the reasons why I dont see the need for them.
Yes I still believe ICO and there are profitable right now. But we choose a best ico because once a lot of ico there are quackery. So that all investors to be careful. Not all Ico are scam and there are many good projects. And you have always to research project and learn whitepaper before we join.
I still believe in ICOs too. Just do a research on team Background, Whitepaper, Roadmap, etc.

The number of so many scam ICOs out there is alarming.
I still believe in ICO as an investment and can provide benefits, but with a lot of new coin then we should be more selective to choose ico you want to follow. because my friend never fooled ico so you have to be careful in following ico.
There are cases when ICO's fail because of mismanagement or hacking or any other things that would destroy its reputation. But there are those that succeed. Maybe I think the question is how can we detect that an ICO is good or not good?
I use some of them to get more bitcoin, but i don't believe in ICO.
Yes,still now I believe ICO because I invest money with many ICO such as Atlant,Cartaxi and Playkey this ICO still running.Atlant is great and I hope this ico is successfully finished.

Yes i still believe in ICO as long as the you do your own diligence and do some research on their background and what are the things they want to attain on the token or coin that they are developing.
I remember only Populous being successful. It went 10x right from the start and did not go down. Absolutely every other ICO I have been participating in was going much lower than the initial price. Some of them still gave me profits, but the majority went to shit

Icos are shit now than before, governments banning them now and this has caused immense fear amongst people on whether or not it's better to invest in icos, and questions like will it scam them or will the governments take serious action against people who invest in it appear in mind. Can't say that icos are totally terrible some of them are legit but it just sometimes feels that somethings are too good to be true. The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically. China and South Korea banning ICO's is one of the cause of all of this. The past three ICO's that i have participated as a bounty participant have closed without giving any incentives to their participants.As far as I know, only the Protostarr ICO project had banned by SEC and no project banned by the ban of the Chinese and South Korean government in this year.
I believe that the main reason is that the projects and their teams want to collect very large money
Hey, there are still popping projects that have an actual meaning and will bring useful features. Sadly they are only 1% of the remaining 99%. With some regulations it might be the new way of crowdfunding.

I personally really like ICO process, even pre sales phase. If I believe this project, coins are so cheap during the pre sales and ico phase. So I generally buy during the ICO.
I think people are still interested in investing in ICOs because it's easy for ICOs to make a profit and limit the risk. People are still interested in investing in ICOs. The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically, this is the nature of crypto coins.
For me Yes, ICO is very risk to invest but if this ICO token successfully get profit, it will earn more profits so before join, invest what can afford to loose.
The number of ICOs may get increased. Lets look at the projects they offer and the team they have to manage has to be look at. Their advertisement, projects and the amount of money they invest determines the growth in the market.
