I do, i like ICO with a good team, detail whitepaper and strong advisor, like quantstamp, etherparty and mindsports.io
Yes I still believe in ICO's because there are some good ICO's like electroneum and Cartaxi currently ongoing. I would like to invest in them and I am sure that I will see some returns.
I mostly dont believe in ICOs, 99.9% is pure shit and money grab.
It is very time consuming to go through all the shit trying to find one good one, so when I do - I usually do a heavy investment (1+ btc),
but going through all the shitty WPs is really frustrating sometimes.
TBH; ICOs are completely dead within 6 months, actually I do believe they should be regulated cause every kid with a laptop is starting one now...
I’m absolutely convinced with you that most ICOs are failed. But i think that all investments are risky and ICOs are no exception. The important is that before buy tokens, investors must spend a lot of time researching about ICOs such as: what's this project? what are advantages? what are teams experiences?.... Of course, I believe in ICO! But I treat every project very carefully and carefully.
Nowadays it's so hard to find a really profitable ICO. Most of them don't even reach the soft cap, because they ask for too much. Even with if you manage to find a really good project with a strong team and good perspective it won't guarantee that you'll get even x2. Maybe in a long term such projects can reach x2-x5, but from the start it's good to have at least +30%-50%.
There are few ICOs that are considerably legitimate. Crystal Clear ICO for example, it gained a 55% hard cap, a very successful one. ICOs are used to fund projects, investing on a legitimate ICO will assure a great profit. I still believe in ICOs and I still participate on some of their campaigns if the goal of the project is nice and considerably legitimate.
Why not believe ICO?We get acquainted with the Altcoin through the ICO.Now there is a ICO running Atlant.He has fulfilled his target before the end of the ICO.Now he has raised the target again.
I still believe in ico but I choose a good ico because a lot of ico that contains fraud so it hurts investors. Investing in ico needs to be careful in determining the ico options you follow.

We do have the same perception too unlike on previous years where ICO is still famous and success rate is high compared into this year.There still ICO who got success but most of them failed and as you mentioned reading every single one of them regarding on WP is really time wasting and also you would waste up money too on testing phase.Thats why when i saw new ANN thread specially a new ICO my interest isnt really that high compared on previous years.I do somehow agree to impose those regulation regarding on ICO.This would really be a good step to change of again the trend. If it says about successful ICO today is very little and most everything is a scam and this is very worrying.
The most successful ICO I have ever been proud of is AVENTUS, i am alreadt to get big profit from this project. i think AVENTUS is the ICO successful on 2017. Currently i am still believe on ICO who i this using.

watch out for low marketcaps and decent team/project
I don't believe in ICOs. Why the developers need billions of dollars? And as we know, when a new coin is on exchange it will drop in price very likely. I like ICOs only in the case, when a huge discount is offered.
Yes I still believe in ICOs. I know that there are so many icos right now but its a matter of research on which one have the potential to gain success. Its good to know that Icos are moving forward.
Not going to say any names. But I invested in an ICO. I bought during presale and was supposed to get a bonus after the ICO and after the coins were put into account. Now I found out that coins are selling on an exchage and the ICO sale did not even start. What is even worse is that on the exchage it is selling below what I bought at ICO. The team is not responding to all the upset investors. This is not the first ICO doing something like this. Investors should be careful.
You just have to do extensive researches and I'm sure you'll find the right one!
guys i cant find a reason to do not believe in ICOs make a good research we are only to the beginning of this marathon so you have time to make your research and find the best project to invest
