Sorry for your loss and I think one of the apps you used phished your account credentials and lead to the losing of your bitcoins
And am sure not even the blockchain.info support can help in this case....its a learning experience for everyone to avoid apps not known to be safe and maybe to avoid further loss try activating 2fa as well to give yourself some ptotection from unauthorized access.

Something interesting, I have hired people for the recovery of stolen BTC and one off the service send me in 2 hours video where they hack into thieves secured blockchain.info wallet where I could see all of my BTC, it shows when they received all my btc's and when they sent to next address. This is the first time when I was scared how easy was to hack for them to get inside of very well secured account (thieves account). I know so far that it was well-organized heist on many accounts. I m getting more pics of their route. they are using tumblers to hide all the money so far they send a pic with dump account with almost 1 million dollars in there. For nonbelievers, I have that video in my possession, but btcs still in the air. So nothing is secure

. How you get in touch with this so-called recovery service? If they do what you say they do, it will be easy for them to hack any blockchain info wallet and just take millions of $ without any problems. I think they show you just public info related to your BTC address, and now they will ask you to pay some money so they can give you BTC back.
My advice is to learn something from this, do not use online wallets and before any claim of forked coins move your coins to new wallet. Check what tools/service you use before entering your seed/private keys. You are hacked just because you expose confidential data to fake fork software.

the thief's account? how would that service knows if the thief is using bc.info and his wallet ID? since that service hacked into thief's wallet, ask them to sign a message using the thief's address

can you tell us your bitcoin address and where it went to (thief's btc address)?
you've lost it already, so disclosing those addresses won't hurt you at all

the problem is identifying the owner of the suspected address because pseudonymous nature of bitcoin
if that service actually hacked into the thief's bc.info wallet then he can reclaim your funds!
tell us your address, any of us can easily show you the movements of your funds

I think that first I will send this video to customer service of Blockchain, as a proof that their service is not safe Those robbers were doing this for few weeks. Breaking into people accounts and cleaning them. Check on google recently a lot of people had a similar story, I just found googling around.

This can happen for OP no matter what wallet he use, he expose his private keys/seed to some fake wallets/services because he want to claim fork coins. First and foremost rule is to move your coins from primary wallet, so even if you make such mistake you can lost only forked coins - in this case OP lost BTC and probably forked coins. There are many examples of such incidents here on forum but also on every crypto related site on the internet.

Mostly the hard fork wallets use seed or recovery phrase to claim those altcoins, tho what are those hard forks you're trying to claim? Anyway, blockchain.info are completely out of this issue, its either there are some malware/keylogger/phishing wallets are injected on those wallets/software you used claiming the hard fork coins.
The addresses used across those forks are the same. Seeds/recovery phrase are used to derive the private key and then to import the addresses. Blockchain.info does use seeds though some addresses generated in the past are independent of it.

It happened after using Bither and Bitpie app for hard forks !!!!!!. Blockchain.info customer service just said sorry for your loss. No investigation nothing All my investment gone.

The problem is actually from the blockchain.info developers , I have doubt that there are someone from the team of blockchain who often withdraw bitcoins from the wallets of users, If you look at the address of the hacker you will find that he withdraw bitcoins from hundreds of wallets within a minute or two which is not possible for a hacker but behind the scene there is someone who is doing that. It also happened a few months ago for which the team said sorry and told that it is malware in user PC and then after a few weeks it was announced that the hackers caught and no one was paid. It will happen again and again so it is better to not use it.

On the other hand, they might well be correct in asserting that it may have been malware--I've no clue what other websites you've visited nor what you've downloaded. There certainly has been malicious password-stealing code that people have unwittingly downloaded.

To late now. I was using their service for three years with one minor hiccup last year, but that's it. Only one thing I have noticed last year I had issues with login into account and couldn't log into my account. I was getting message one more try and your account will be locked and then I went from their android app without any issues I have change credentials and everything was OK. So they have a flow somewhere in phone app.
Most probably one of those apps you installed or phishing site got hold of your password. I have used blockchain.info wallet and didn't have problems. Sadly, in your case, there's only so much they can do since the password and private key is with you. Be careful next time.
