Same with me. I am avoiding watching news, whether it's a good or bad news about cryptocurrency. There is an internet. You can choose what news you follow. Yes I believe you are right. This could be an inside job, those greedy investors spreading fake news just to cause panic selling to the new investors out there. But even though with all this price drop, I will never lose faith in bitcoin at all.I believe so. The fake news are aiming the newbies for they don't have much knowledge about FUD and fake news. It affects the market and most especially, the investors. I think the best way to avoid it is everyone should do their own research. Listening to other people's opinion can cause them a 50/50 decision until came up to giving up and sell low.

However, in my opinion, this fake news won't matter if people would just be diligent and cautious with checking the sources and the information in the write-ups they read. Nowadays, anyone can publish anything, and it could be about anything as well. I think the better thing to do here is to find reliable sources that would help you and guide you in getting at better ventures in the cryptocurrency market. It plays to be updated and to learn.

Yes its true. I believe this happen because whales do this and want to take advantage of the bearish market.
Behind the scene, many unresponsible people make this moves and they dont care about bitcoin and they just care with profit.

Fake news can be easily spread out in the internet. There are some that are believable and some are not. In cryptocurrency world were there are a lot of competitions, some uses black propaganda to take advantage in the market. That why we people must be vigilant and stop listening fake news.
Please tell me a media that isn't biased, I'm sure the result is none. It is important to not easily trust some media even though it is reputable. Analysing and researching news on yourself based on a true source is essential in our nowadays life since it gives us a really clear and helpful insight instead of biased opinion.
Media has been a reliable news for us for a very long year. They've been providing us some updates about what's hot and not. But for me, I think, we cannot rely on them when it comes to news about bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency. Though they have a legit research team, these media companies are regulated by the government. Social media also is not a reliable source of news about this topic, not everything on the internet is true because some of those who publish articles are not totally reliable at all. If you really want to know more about a certain thing, i guess its the best if you do your own research and analyze the facts present that was given by any reliable source. Well, it looks like somebody is really interested in spreading that fake news. And the bad thing is that it's working, and crypto goes down each day

The current "crash" is caused by one bad "news" after another. A lot of them are the false or twisted truth.
For example, today, once again "China Full ban crypto". What the... Why is it causing another crash?? Why is it even "news"?
It was already banned in China back in September 2017. All trading platforms suspended trading in September. Anyone from China who still trade Crypto must be using foreign platforms. Sure, they reported that China added all crypto exchange sites to Great FireWall. So what? These people have VPNs! When I was in China, everyone who visits foreign sites use VPNs. Yes, China banned VPN as well a long time ago. So what? Everyone is still using it. Just like ignoring the traffic light is illegal in China, but at every intersection, you will see people ignore the red lights... the truth! Just because it is "illegal", does not mean no one will do it.
So just this (one) news of China banned Crypto, it was repeatedly used to crash the Crypto market (4 or 5 times). Do not fall for it!
1. Summer 2017, China banned ICO.
2. September 2017, China banned crypto trading.
3. November or December? China became unfriendly to crypto mining (Large-scale miners moved oversea already)
4. January 2018. China banned websites of foreign crypto exchanges. (VPN!!!)
5. Today, "China Full Ban Crypto"... (Really?)
So what is next?

Same goes for Korean and Indian news. South Korea did not really ban crypto. Just one guy wanted to ban it. It was not approved, nor implemented. So far they have only added regulations that people can no longer trade anonymously. So what? Didn't Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex etc. US-based platforms all require our IDs and photos?
India also did not ban crypto. Just a minister made some unfriendly speech toward crypto. No real "ban" whatsoever.
From the look of it, someone or some groups are trying hard to make the prices go down. The sad thing is, people are falling for it. The same China "news" was used on 5 occasions to cause the market crash while nothing was really changed or happened. Korean news was used on at least 2 occasions.
The bottom line is, let's just ignore all the stupid "news". Use our brains. Not hearsay from yellow journalism. It is getting annoying to have every little "news" to impact the market price.

The Bitcoin stock market has become so popular. Who is telling the truth Who are you saying wrong. I do not believe anybody at once. First investigate then decide.
News will be news and it will reach you whether we like it or not. These FUDs have some benefits however, with the price going down you can reinvest. Also, with enough of these FUD's, in the future people will eventually get tired of it and get immune from it.

Even if there is one existing, they can be paid and will not refuse if someone tries to bribe them just for the sake of spreading false news. Media's today became manipulative and they are distributing a big thing to the crowd of a certain country, crowd, market etc. Also there are people that are also taking advantage and using these media's just for their own purpose of spreading lies, they want people to panic so that's the easiest way for them to see results immediately.
If it is news about bitcoin negative effects yes it is false news i said. Because all we know especially we the bitcoiners are needed and wanted bitcoin stay forever. Because it is now our source of all our financial needs and some are become a wealthy living because of bitcoin.
These false news are created for manipulating people, especially for beginners in crypto, to give in to emotions and would sell their bitcoins below, although initially they bought it much more expensively.
