Do not bother anyway to listening of fake news becausr it only create trouble in ones mind forget this fake news and continue your everyday work, so believe always in bitcoin and promote and give good informations about bitcoin and go forward to the better

The false news has been around us, and many people are intimidated by the news, believing it to be true, so they sell their coins and then distribute more false news in the hope that bitcoin will fall more.I never trust news posted in facebook or even on twitter. I believed in digital currency and i believed bitcoin will be the future money.

if u are newbie u cant really distinguish which news is fake and which news is real everything is surrounded with FUD after a while seeing the market movement they release the real news and stop reacting to FUD

The problem is that so many people are not doing their own research. Even a little checking of the facts behind the news is enough for everyone to know that fake news are spreading around causing FUDs. FUDs, in turn, are the ones that cause a lot of people to believe that the days of Bitcoin is really nearing its end. There is so much panic selling because of FUDs. Due diligence should be taken to another level in order for everyone not to fell victims to these FUDs.

I'm quite tired of hearing the same FUDs all over again. Maybe that the reason why higher ranks are not giving merits or simply reviewing posts here in bitcoin discussion thread. Some just spam threads for the reason that what they are going to say is a current event related to the topic. Some just make new threads but already given.
I just don't know how things will be more interesting around here.
The common issue nowadys is the merit system here in the forum.
And banning in different countries. What's new then ?

Only the newbies are the one getting swayed with false news like what's written here. It's funny because they immediately sell whatever bitcoins they have for whatever reason because they're too afraid to get losses. That's why the price of bitcoin gets easily swayed; because of these newbies, we are at a crash.

Many people who want to spread false news or what we call fudders are spreading bad news over the internet about bitcoin so they can return bitcoin again at a lower price so exactly what happens now because you see a bitcoin decrease of about 60% $ 30,000 to $ 10,000 because of news this and so many investors panicked or rode the news so affecting the bitcoin value of many who do not trust with this news they just want to get more profit. There is so many news around some of them is positive and some are negative but most them is manipulative. There is a purpose of making that news so I mainly make a research after I read some article if it is important for me.

True. Unfortunately, here on the internet there are too much “fake news”. You can access any kind of information you want to read but, at the same time, there are so few that really compare and check the veracity of the info.
We all have been receiving too much news about China, and, in my opinion, China has indeed a strong influence in BTC, but not because its politics, but because they, apparently, have the bigger power in mining. Now, all news (included yours) need to be verified.

The interesting point about China I believe is the trust. If china says “BTC is no longer safe”, a lot of people (newbies in the crypto world) maybe feel uncomfortable with BTC. Then, the people begin with the panic selling, and the prices fall down. So China has become something like the ambassador of bad news, just to have some control and create panic.
If China, Russia, EEUU, or whatever place you can recall said “BTC is the best investment ever”, then tons of new users will come into the BTC´s world.

So yes, news matter. Even if they are not real. They just MATTER.
If China stands silent, then a lot of speculation news will appear. So, even when all of us made a tremendous effort in stopping talking about China, those are the kind of news that affects to the market. And they are going to be still happening in every aspect.

What can we do? Just educate people in a free way, and in an understandable one. I believe too much people want to go into the Crypto world but they are scared. Then they need to be informed, so the next time they see “China …(followed but some bad news about Btc)”, they can stand skeptic.

The problem is that there is no real credible source for crypto news. I guess Forbes is good, but a lot of these mainstream news agencies reporting about crypto don't know who is a real expert and not. James Altucher is a good example of it. Plus, most people believe anything that says they are a news agency on the internet.

When the fake news was raised, there are many opportunities for all to gain profit. Whales can buy the dip, news portal gets more money because of their site traffic, and only panic sellers who losses their money.

I`ll also tell that some authorities are actively using this strategy nowadays and they even do this in a very open manner: for example some members from the government just tell publicly in unofficial way their opinion with that FUD about hard time that will occure to the BTC and this wait all crypto in the nearest future - than prices go down. And then all knows what happens)
Regulators do not want to regulate crypto because they all have their profits from it! So we have to be more used to this custom situations.

3. November or December? China became unfriendly to crypto mining (Large-scale miners moved oversea already)
4. January 2018. China banned websites of foreign crypto exchanges. (VPN!!!)
5. Today, "China Full Ban Crypto"... (Really?)

So what is next?
"China really ban crypto"?
"China really full ban crypto"?
"China really really full ban crypto" Huh

"China will jail anyone who trades crypto" Huh

"China will execute anyone who trades crypto"?
"China will nuke every country who trade crypto" Huh

Stop spreading this nonsense. What's done was already done in September 2017. Nothing has changed ever since. NOTHING really changed in the last 4~5 months.

Yellow journalism at its best.

Same goes for Korean and Indian news. South Korea did not really ban crypto. Just one guy wanted to ban it. It was not approved, nor implemented. So far they have only added regulations that people can no longer trade anonymously. So what? Didn't Coinbase, Kraken, Bittrex etc. US-based platforms all require our IDs and photos?

India also did not ban crypto. Just a minister made some unfriendly speech toward crypto. No real "ban" whatsoever.

From the look of it, someone or some groups are trying hard to make the prices go down. The sad thing is, people are falling for it. The same China "news" was used on 5 occasions to cause the market crash while nothing was really changed or happened. Korean news was used on at least 2 occasions.

The bottom line is, let's just ignore all the stupid "news". Use our brains. Not hearsay from yellow journalism. It is getting annoying to have every little "news" to impact the market price.

Not just any minister he is the Finance minister of India Mr Arun Jaitley and more about what he told in his speech was that India would study about the blockchain technology and will target citizens those who have large amount of cryptocurrencies and haven't declared their income in crypto and moreover it as all about how the government can tax us crypto users in India.
