There are people that rely their future with lottery. They think that lottery might be the only way or the fastest way to get rich. They are too lazy to work on things like trading with little by little returns. They want instant. I'm not saying lottery is bad, but putting your full trust here is not good.

If it were to generate all keys, it wouldn't even be able to generate a tiny fraction before the heat death of universe. If you say all private keys are in there couldn't someone just create a program that automatically searches for a specific address within that website and then you just copy the private key? Sure there are literally an extreme amount of pages there and it could take some time but wouldn't it be worth it if we are talking about becoming a billionaire?
