It is about database of bitcoin private keys / addresses, and this is not something we have not seen it before. Given that this is a huge database chances to find an address that actually contains some coins is very small or almost does not exist, especially if we do this by checking each address manually.
What's missing in this database is search option, then everyone could check if his private key was publicly known
