Biter.com - deposit NMC enabled. Coins don't recive

Hi,

I just change my alt-coins to BTC , and withdraw BTC in cold storage as Withdrawing alt-coins is disabled. BTC withdraw was successfull.

I loose money and they can enjoy cheap alt-coins, but this is not my problem anymore.

Bter.com is scam!!!

i have same problems at bter，they told me the are working on it ，but i think they just took our coins to make profits，they are lier.

I have $700 in NMC sent to my deposit address from 72 hours ago not reflected in my account there. I did contact their QQ support personnel and got a response to the effect of they are working on it. shortly after deposits/withdrawals of nmc were disabled. I think they might actually be working on it. Unfortunately their tech's are abysmally slow. If I the coins get deposited, my last transaction with them will likely be a full withdrawal.

Same problem with me, I didnt get any reply from them and i Cant even witrhdraw my little fund still remaining there. I just leave it and i started to trade with Cryptsy. Its better. If they cant support there user who are funding them they why the hell they are playing they could announce and shut down or they can think about making a bit better service.
This is not Chinese behavior I know chinese I have a lot Chinese friends its just the negligence.

I can confirm that. ZERO support. I got no reply from them EVER.

They are very secretive. No announcements, no nothing. They just go down for maintenance without warning, de-list coins without warning - they simply don't talk EVER.

Is this typical Chinese behaviour? Zero-information policy?

Bter is the worst platform I ever used, they are not allowing us to deposit or withdrawal on time and even no any support services, recently I started trading in cryptsy I love it, support Is too good and few problems are there but they solve very soon. Guys if you don't want to loose money then just transfer to cryptsy I hope you will be safe. ITS MY OPINION FINAL DECISIONS IS YOURS.

Bter, we are waiting for an official response!

What does "CYZcoin deposits have been disabled" mean? Disabled forever? Maintenance? Are our coins lost?

I can't deposit or withdraw WDC anymore, and some other coins as well.

I too just lost money, i deposited 50 WDC to my BTer address i used a few times.
When i tried to sync the transaction i get the message saying i can't deposit WDC!!

I still had a problem with TIX in 1564 and lost in history was not found, how would the amount is not much noise is not lifted

We lost our money but we can avoid that others falls in the same scam.

I too lost coins on Bter.

Yesterday I did one BQC and one CNC deposit. Both have lots of confirmations in the chain, but don't show in my Bter account.

Today I checked again - and could not even go to the "Deposit" page, because an error message pops up saying "BQC deposits have been disabled".

No explanation why.
No explanation for how long.

An official statement from Bter would be nice.

Finally, i installed the QQ program and added the support members (as i read in another thread)
(As a side note, after i added the "operators", and unknown person tried many times to send me a RAR archive. Suspicious)
