After some weeks trading there i had a "problem" with 2 withdrawals...

I have this 2 YACs withdrawals "Pending". Look at the date!! I did a lot o YACs witdrawals before to the same address without problems, but now that there is a problem, i cant do nothing; i wrote tons of emails that never received a simple answer and now i just can wait and pray to get my money back. They also do not allow TAG withdrawals but you can deposit TAGs without a warning that let you know this. Also, when was the last time they posted something in any thread? When was the last time someone received an answer form their "support"?
I retired all my other funds and will wait a solution (if it ever happens) before i could reconsider continue working with them.
But looks like...
