The concept itself is not bad but the idea of IoT relies mostly on the software intended for use with the technology presented. Which u do not have. For example, if u have a race car equipped with cameras fine-tuned to accumulate all sorts of road data, wind flow and pressure meters and all, then these bits of information can be logged, organized and studied and used to improve car design, develop kinda optimized frame from lighter materials to achieve a trade-off between balance and speed. But u would need software u lack.
