You need to find which is causing stress for you,for people it might varies.For example when you don't have enough money but in need of it then you will get stressed,for some they will have lot of money but not having someone to share their feelings like that,so find yours and try to resolve it.

Is this method good?
I know that if a person ate and went to sleep he would see the Nightmares in Night
But praying and going to sleep I think it will make him relax more

Find wht can comforts you because even what advice we made still there are specific things that will fit your demands

For example i am into

MUSIC = watching videos or concerts

FOODS= eating foods that I love

Fishing= i go fishing with friends or family

Those are my stress reliever

My suggestion is listen to your favourite songs and have a little nap and eat your favourite food i think that's all you need or speak to your family or friends have some motivational advice and that's all.

I have different ways to relieve my stress which is listening my favorite music, eating my favorite foods, pray, go to the gym and also walking alone to the park or relaxing. You can choose what ever you want but god is your really stress reliever for sure in your life.

Best way to relieve stress is to eat and sleep. Dont think too much and just pray.
Sometimes eating too much causes stress as well as sleeping. You should be productive every day and try to avoid things that make you stress. Like if you are having a financial problem you should just put your focus on work and don't think too much about it. Give yourself time to rest.

The best way to get rid of stress is to listen to quiet music. So exercise and take a hot bath, doing that will ease your stress a lot. You can also practice yoga

Maybe you should try and arrange one vacation and have some rest.  I do face the same thing too but whenever I try to keep myself away little from my immediate responsibilities and pleasure from social media I do see that the stress will reduce.

Almost anything that can take your mind off from things once in a while. The thing is, stress will always be there so it will be also helpful if you can talk with someone about it.
I used to listen to music but right now even that doesn't lift up my mood. What am I supposed to do?
May be you can try to find other songs/bands? Or if that doesn't work out too, try to find a new hobby. For me it is online gambling. It is fun to play because there are different kind of games to play. But to be sure, may be you should also need to consider seeking professional help. Remember that mental health is also important and don't worry, things will get better soon.

My greatest stress reliever is food. I eat and eat and eat and now I'm having a hard time to lose weight. I know it's bad though.
