Agreed that it is a bit expensive listing fee.
So, in your opinion, which best exchanges to use and aim to list Sucre at the current period?

The first 100 here would be very good. https://coinpaprika.com/exchanges/ (most require high listing fees)

then 101 to 245 should list us free because of low volume

You need to write the masternode.conf file

Procedure below from PDF guide should work

The masternode.conf must look like this (no spaces between MN IP and
PORT):
LABEL MN IP : PORT MASTERNODEPRIVKEY TRANSACTIONHASH INDEX

My windows has crashed and I lost my current wallet. I have restore the sucre backup using the .dat file but know I cannot see my masternode on the masternode tab.

How is the procedure to restore my masternode?

To resolve your WATCHDOG_EXPIRED problem, goto page 7 of the guide http://sucremoneda.net/dvbfg/SucreMasternodeBETA.pdf
and make sure it's install correctly and cron job is working.

check cron job by typing "crontab -l". should look like this below.

* * * * * cd /root/.sucrcore/sentinel && ./venv/bin/python bin/sentinel.py 2>&1 >> sentinel-cron.log

FYI: Masternode status must be ENABLED to get paid. Without Sentinel a Sucre Masternode serve no purpose. Sentinel trigger important tasks like Instantsend, compile votes for budget proposal, Superblock etc..
