You are in antigua, it's not in US, they can't arrest you and your family if you are in antugua, but if you lost that case, you will be arrested by them, highest 10 years and 50k USD fine(i am not sure).

It's hardly to win that case, although we support you and knwo nevada gambling is BS.

He was living in NV when Seals was running. They are accusing him of having something to do with running the site. That is a felony.
