Given that exigent circumstances seem to have prompted you to launch swcpoker well ahead of your intended schedule, a few bumps in the road are totally understandable. Not that anyone (except maybe the some silly 2p2 troll) said otherwise.
I and many others are having plenty of fun on the new site. The availability of all those mixed games is just unquantifiably sick.
Just wanted to state publicly, in spite of the various growing pains, how much I appreciate your continued efforts to bring online poker to the huddled masses, yearning to grind for BTC!

Loving the new software and mixed games--so much fun although I have been getting destroyed. 100% confident that ST will sort everything out, and Micon has ALWAYS made things right when it comes to missing chips.

They should give you a reward for your honesty. You could have strarted transfering in small increments if you didnt let them know or started dumping chips in high staked games. You let them know?or they found it by themselves? Downtime is defo needed to fix the vanishing chips least we know where all the chips migrated to. Roflmao. All the best hopefully can fix this issue and the vanishing chips. Nice to leave the lobby open for us during the maintenance.
i let them know in the chat as soon as i logged in and saw it. lots of people asked me to send them chips or try to cash it out :p. of course i didn't. micon said they were looking into it and then the site went down again. not sure if others reported similar issues. id gladly take some sort of "reward"
but my current balance just reflects the correction of the error.Assuming they still process withdrawals by hand, I don't think he would have been able to cashout very many of those chips. Still, they should give him an honesty reward, that's motivates people to do the right thing, I think.

Withdraws were just processed.
The crash yesterday produced the embarrassing errors you see posted. They are not fakes, we did that shit. As soon as we noticed it, we shut down the games until we fully understand and fix what happened.
Painful in the short term, no doubt.
Plan to relaunch in ~22 hours or so, but this is subject to change - SwC is not coming back until this is fixed.
