How long does it take for a withdrawal to be processed?

It may take up to 12 hours, but we've been running pretty quick on them recently, maybe averaging 2-3 hours for cashouts.

when can we expect Mac client?

Thanks for the reports, guys. I'll have it corrected.

I got the same reset code emailed to me again. I've had the same code 3 times now, but it doesn't work:

Please don't fix that code, because now everyone has seen it...

Maybe you could just set me a password and send it to me in a PM here?

Thanks.

The HORSE MTT skipped the 2nd lhe round...I think the level timer keeps running during the breaks.  Another big problem.

Is the clock supposed to keep running during breaks?

In the screenshot I posted 2 posts up, we're in the 14th 12-minute level, with 7 minutes left until the next minute. So we've already had 13 12-minute levels, and 5 minutes of the 14th level. That's a total of 161 minutes. Or 2 hours 41 minutes.

That matches the "running time" shown of 2 hours 40 minutes, which I presume includes breaks.

So yeah, it looks like the clock doesn't pause for breaks, and I have to think that's an error.

Also, the 'chips' column looks weird here:

Note that there are only 4 players left with chips. The values against 5th and 6th are how much they won, but at first glance it looks like they're still in.

Maybe instead of just "320" put a symbol representing a chip, then 320, so you can tell they're out-buy-cashed.

Also, note only 27 players entered paying 100 each for a 4000 guaranteed prize pool. Decent EV on that one.

Like an idiot I replied without actually looking at the screenshots and just assumed what was happening there.  Still I believe what I wrote is correct.

Sorry I get a bit sloppy after a 14hr work day Tongue

Yeah, it looks like it let BrokeNeck come in between the button and BB... it should make him wait until after the button passes to get dealt a hand.

Not sure if this is a known issue or not, but this guy just paid the big blind twice in two consecutive hands in the "medium BTC" currently running:

That has to be a bug, right?

The grid software always did that.  This is due to it always requiring both the small and big blind and no forward moving button when a person in a blind position leaves. (and/or maybe the button?)  This is a rare way of dealing with the situation

Seals had a forward moving button so you could play the big blind and next hand play the button, again due to someone leaving the table.  This is more common but not usual.

PokerStars does it like most online and live rooms do where the button must go to where the small blind was last hand.  Sometimes the small blind is missing if someone leaves but everybody at the table ends up playing 1 SB and 1 BB per round.  What will happen is that someone will get the button twice.

There is no way to make so that when a person misses the SB the game plays the same way as when all people pay the BB SB and button without leaving.

Try going to the website and downloading the software again that way.  You may need to uninstall it in control panel before it will let you install.  I have to do that on my home machine every time for some reason, and my settings survive the process.

Yes was hoping to avoid doing that . Don't want to wind up having to do that each time if there is a fix on seals end. Ty for the advice.

So I uninstalled and tried to reinstall got hung up right away said swcpoker.eu/? page_io=21 and didnt budge.

So this morning I tried to logon to the client I received a prompt to  run an upgrade. I recieved the error of  INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE. Support emailed me back that the problem was resolved a few hours ago but I am not able to run the update because of the same error. I know they are working on it. I wonder how many other people got this message I spoke to Faqudumass on another site , he told me he had the same error. Hopefully this won't be a long downtime it isn't a problem in terms of having money on the site as I am not looking to cash out or anything,  just would like to know what is going on and if it will be a long or short downtime. Thank you.

I don't see a lot of other people posting about this issue in this or other forums  so it seems to be an isolated issue.
