SWC was very good, but now it may be dead, which is so unlucky. Micon had the legal issue, or the site could be very good now. This is the world goes.
Lol I said the same thing. Poor glitch doesn't value people to the point of chat banning 2 of the 10 regular players who are on every day while spewing vitriol at them. I deleted swc off of my computer months ago and don't miss glitch or the site one fucking bit. Old seals was the shit( in a good way) new seals run by a drunken vaporizing punk is shit. Isn't Glitch a "staff member"? What kinds of things does he have access to? Because if he is able to access old hand histories he absolutely shouldn't be allowed to play on the site, he'd have a MASSIVE advantage over every single reg.

I don't buy it. Something behind the scenes is wrong. glitch and blue mosrite nowhere to be seen for days/weeks. Have the been fired and given a non disclosure agreement? That's the rumour circulating.
More guarantees being slashed (Med BTC down to 2500), nothing being done to attract new players either. They barely even bother to send out tweets.
Then we have site employees behaving like children and telling paying customers they hope they get murdered ffs.

That's what you don't seem to understand. Poker players doing good would be working together to hold the sites accountable for their words/actions and make the environment safe for everyone. That way everyone wins. The sites make money, the good players make money, and the bad players have fun. Saying "I like this site therefore I'm turning a blind eye to everything it does wrong and hopefully it'll get better" is BAD. Because if nobody is holding their feet to the flames, why would they improve? If you really want to do work for good, you'd be with people like me who are asking Betcoin (and SWC) the difficult questions and try to make them be accountable and make their site better.

Close but incorrect. I am promoting them because they're paying for my signature space. However, I wouldn't sell that space to just anyone. Fact of the matter is that their software (while certainly not great) is working better than SWC at the moment. The other fact of the matter is that I'm not convinced by your constant trolling of them. From what I've seen, they're really just looking better and better the more you are throwing crap at them and they're having to learn how to deal with it.
Anywhoo, it's my sincere hope that SWC gets a working client for non-windoze users sometime. But I'm really less hopeful that that will ever happen than I used to be.

He didn't win the jackpot as I understand it. He claimed that he "should have" won the jackpot according to his interpretation of the rules....BIG DIFFERENCE! But, anyway you slice it....the jackpot was not the casino's to give away....it actually belongs to all those who contributed to it, and if they have to play by the rules, as coded into the software, then EVERYBODY has to play by those same rules, no matter what their reading comprehension level might be. "Free" and "maximum" have opposite meanings in my dictionary....Anyway, I think that the community of poker players should work together to promote our sport and not team up against one another to destroy it....that's just a bad direction to take. The issues are usually a result of incompetence, but the way they handle them is the real issue.Like way back when they realized there were a few guys who had been colluding in their cash games for a while. Did you really use 10 BTC confiscated from cheating players to fund a promotion instead of giving them back to the players they were stolen from? If so, how do you justify that?
Did you really allow those same cheating players to them play in the freeroll funded with the money they stole, after claiming to have zero tolerance for cheating? That sounds pretty crazy if it's true.
Betcoins final response consisted of multiple blatant lies:

Some other variations on the Betcoin theme:
Betcoin player emails and login details were used in multiple phishing attacks beginning Jan 2015, lot's of ignoring with some lies sprinkled in
Ooops, Betcoin increased the rake, then waited a month to fix it, then lied about it ever increasing, then ignored the whole thing for a few months, then came up with a fucked up resolution[/b] They deleted posts questioning it on their forum and ignored any here.
Here's another good one:
About a year ago I realized that I was only getting around half the rakeback and status points for all WPN MTTs I opened a ticket. They told me I was wrong, I showed them proof that I was short around $1,500-$2k usd worth of rakeback from that summer, they ignored me. I asked every day, bumped ticket, posted in forum and chat, by November I was Banned. 4 months later they unbanned me (not sure why), I bumped old ticket, they asked for more proof, I spelled it all out. Finally:
