cheating rings where outed on the old mavens seals. Mostly thru the players with leaks from the site. Least let me know they are doing something in trying to catch cheaters. Kunter kunty was poorly handled imo.

If the new owner or existing partners wish to stay in Antigua, fine but why not say so? If the site has new ownership and Brandon is the new owner but lives solely in Antigua and is out of the jurisdiction of the US and will never return, why not say so? (If he is that is, so is [email protected] Brandon Casten?) The fact you cannot answer thiis simple question throws up flags.

I would like to see more transperancy in cheating scenarios like with what transpired with kunty kunter. What happenes on new seals with accounts caught cheating? If there is money in the account does it get distributed to the cheated players like the old seals?
How can you ask for them to be transparent and have complete anonymity at the same time?
There is no one to answer to and no one to take responsibility.

Your continued insistence that we provide someone to have a gun pointed in their face is pretty coplike. It is not going to happen. We're not going to sit here playing twenty questions about staff identities. There's been no change of operations staff since the days when Micon was around. We are not putting another face on this thing so they can be harassed. Our record is solid, and we will continue to provide our players with continually improving incentives. I'm glad at least someone around here isn't afraid to tell it like it is. You guys should be very proud, you have always stood your ground. It takes a lot of courage to believe in something so much that you relocate in order to pursue it.
Law enforcement is trolling on these boards, and not just in the poker forum. Almost exclusively US law enforcement of course, not international, so they seek to identify/target US-based people. Be aware ...

We got a great weekend tournament coming up in a couple hours, our Saturday 500. Come grind up up in the interim and stack some krill for those big krill rolls.

They clearly said they want to remain anonymous so obviously that means "no comment on who we are". No comment means no coment. Micon is currently not a site pro. To my knowledge his bail/probation conditions will bar him from interaction with any online gaming site. None of us currently involved in SwC operations are facing any prosecution, you have nothing to worry about on this front.

The key is this email [email protected], no one can straight answer the issue with it, read 3-4 pages back. Can a US citizen operate a gambling site located in Antigua legally?
Not sure why you think he is and it should be necessary for SWC to make it public. From what we saw Micon faced charges just being a spokesperson to the site , therefore any other person who identifies himself to be related to the site would just be taking a risk to face charges on himself as well.
