Thats the normal message on UPS, things are well on their way...relax.
if you're alarmed...its because you haven't done much with UPS obviously.
All those tracking messages are good ones.
 Cool

it really does look like they are headed back to Sweden, or???

seems there is a problem

No, they are not normal.  It clearly says "exception" at the top of the tracking page and in the emails, and the estimated delivery date is gone.

That US gov and Bitcoin attorneys meeting tomorrow, could the gov be signaling something not letting our modules in?  Probably not.  Still no way to tell from other overseas manufacturers shipments given they aren't as high profile as KnC customers and our shipping.  And BFL is manufacturing them here so....

Shipments destined for EU customers met the same fate.  I don't think us.gov had a hand in this one.

not like bank heists don't ever happen..  especially since this one was well telegraphed in advance for days of preparation

they are small boxes too....

but they can't mine on their own so how/where would they sell??  Small & tight community would shine light on this quick?

Or someone reverse engineer the control card?

What do you do to get your upgrade modules cooled when they have no place to mount?

That is awesome! Interesting to see the mounting holes line up. Is that an intel fit or AMD?

And what about temps?

Well done that man! Smiley

I have a corsair h100 for my intel cpu. the brackets are much more forgiving if you guys are looking for one that fits.\\

I use this to cool my Intel 3930k 12 core processor. Works pretty well, but wouldn't do such a good job with many modules. Since you would need to cover every module chip itself.

Got my tracking numbers from UPS this morning EST USA and tonight now say "EXCEPTION". "Packages are being held at a UPS FACILITY". Whatever that means. I called UPS and believe it or not they don't even know where exactly the modules are and told me to just keep checking the website. It did say delivery date November 20th which would of been nice, but that's gone now and there is no more delivery date. Feels like I'm getting the run around on the most expensive shipping charges ever.

We'll probably see 200 modules on eBay soon

KNC can we just get our refund in BTC now?

Wait what the hell happened here?

All 3 of my shipments show this.

I was also emailed an exception notification saying "this notice alerts you delivery of the following shipment has been rescheduled." and "Exception Reason:    THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT IN A UPS FACILITY"

Same thing! What the effffffffff

This is NOT cool. I expected this thing already.

Got the same message.

Did someone not do the paperwork correctly??

While Im so happy BTC has sky rocketed up, Im deeply disapointed I wont have my upgrade module tomorrow to celebrate the good wealth even more. This is the pits.

I wondered about that.  I just went and checked the box my October Saturn shipped in, and it appears to have no import declaration whatsoever.

Bitfury sold out... KNC sold out... which one restock first?

crap at this rate there may be hope for my 900gh of "i was f*ck*d by BFL" forced to upgrade due to no refund monarch cards....
probably should get on ebay see if they will sell as a pre-order as nuts as this all is

on that point it would be frigging hilarious in a sick twisted way (bizario btc universe we seem to have stumbled into this week) if BFL actually got the monarchs out beg of Jan or so...not much else flowing out the door

with delays they maybe could be the only game in town for a bit

(naw that can't happen right...we are talking BFL)

of course I've been so damn lucky this week anything is possible ...upgraded my very stable Jupiter 555gh from .95 to .99 and have gained 25.4gh on slush's pool and lowered errors from 5.05 percent to 3.5 percent...

as of 8:30pm CDT usa it has been 1 month EVEN since I got the Jupiter I've made almost exactly (a bit over) 21 BTC at www.mtgox.com price of $783 (just looked) ...er (and I don't plan to sell so may as well dream big and use mtgox numbers)....that is $16443.00 USD so I paid with shipping not counting power supply $7131.80 USD for my Jupiter to USA.....so that is (on paper and mtgox high) $9,311.20 if I cracked under the pressure and sold out this minute (must resist sports car..mid-life crisis...trolling for co-eds)

sometimes it is better to be Dumb and Lucky then have any real plan

(I smell Tulips!!!! its a Trap!!!!) rings thru my mind here lately

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulip_mania

oh well I plan on holding but how you guys can hold who have 100 coins I've no idea ..its only been a month for me!

(note  to self with run of luck buy lottery ticket....troll for co-eds)

I probably shouldn't be counting other people's money, but since he has been bragging about it. I feel sorry for phoneix who spent about $12K(by today's btc value) for one of his nov jupiters. No wonder he is a bit quiet lately.

You sound upset.

No, just fun observation. With this btc rise i start to feel like i overpaid for upgrade modules also.

Will this ever end?

Unless you are going to buy and hold BTC with every cent you come across during every run up untill...?   And no crash ever happens....
If not, you are just second guessing and most likely just sitting on cash and hardly in the game

Buying KNC miners is like storing your BTC in a bank that only lets you withdraw a certain amount per day.  Helps to keep you in the game without selling everything at the first 20% jump.

These miners are the closest ones to get you back the same amount of BTC in as out as well..  even if it is 80% less the fact you are forced to hold in a massive bullrally as been a winning combination.

Actions are what matters, not hindsight

yeah even if the holding of bitcoin is a better deal no NOOB is going to dump 7k on speculation of btc he MAY buy a miner..but there is a learning curve....now with the prices today maybe more people jump in speculating then mining.but the folks mining got their order in the summer (mine was july 1st) to get the miner 1 month ago...so yeah in the future I may just buy BTC instead but most folks may still get into BTC to mine 1st ..then they will drift to just buying BTC as a mixture...this is just human nature imho....till they (noobs) get their bitcoin legs and look around at other options then mining

So I just found out that PG&E will be killing my power for 5 mins in the upcoming weeks. Based on this I see 2 options:

1. I can not do anything, if I do this when the power comes back online will my miner just start up right away or will I need to do something? Is there any danger in this?
2. Spend $200 - $400 on a Backup Power Supply (UPS) that will keep the miner on for those few minutes.

Specs: Jupiter
Pulling 591 Watts, almost always under 600 Watts continuously.
PSU: MKIII Silencer Platinum 1200W.

I would prefer to keep my $200 - $400 and let it just reboot when the power goes off, is there any danger in letting that occur? I it plugged into a surge protector.

There's no guarantee that street power won't fail at any given moment - just be pleased that you know it's happening ahead of time. If it were me, I'd use a quality surge protector and wouldn't worry about it. Carry on.
