Saw the worst performance by South African batters in yesterday's match against India. The pitch was indeed favouring the bowlers but if the top order of the SA batting would have been more careful then they wouldn't had got out so fast. At one point SA had a score of just 9 for 5. Yesterday's match was totally in control of the Indian side and such T20 matches do not generate much entertainment.
South African bowlers also had a great start and at one point, India was reeling at 17/2, before Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul rescued them. The pitch was very supportive of pace bowling (irrespective of what the curator claimed before the start of the match). Kagiso Rabada and Wayne Parnell started exeptionally well and they gave away just 30 runs from their 8 overs. But the other bowlers (especially Anrich Nortje and Tabraiz Shamsi couldn't keep up the pressure and leaked runs). BTW, does anyone know why Marco Jansen is not playing?
I watched the match. The pitch was bowling-friendly. Scoring runs was not easy for the batsmen. Experienced batsmen like Rohit Sharma and Kohli could not survive at the crease. However, India won easily with the help of Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul's responsible batting. KL Rahul batted very cautiously but Suryakumar Yadav's batting was aggressive.
If the pitch was so bowling friendly, how come two Indian batsmen Yadav and Rahul make half centuries? The pitch was no doubt not heaven for batsmen, but still, it was a playable pitch if players decided to bat sensibly on the pitch. Indian batsmen showed their class and experience in this match.

If the pitch is bowling friendly then no player is able to score runs? I don't see where your logic is. I watched the match. KL Rahul has batted with enough responsibility. His strike rate was less than 100. Batsmen like KL Rahul always bat at a strike rate of over 140 if the pitch is batting-friendly. Surya Kumar Yadav batted well. With KL Rahul batting responsibly, Yadav grew more confident and played some aggressive shots. I would say the pitch was not batting-friendly, but the Indian experienced batsmen played brilliantly. This is why India won.

This kind of situation happens in cricket. Rohit Sharma is a good batsman and Virat Kohli is also a renowned one who is knows very well in the cricket world. He has been playing many matches for the past few days but he is not able to get the form. It can't be said that the pitch was completely unfit for batting, because there should be no complaint about the pitch even in the some players have scored high. But one question is arrived that condition of pitch was not so good if it is well then why South African cricketers are fail to say in pitch. After all I don't want to complain because it's a part of the game.

Surely this was one of the worst performance from them in this format specially just before world cup mean they are having not enough time for preparing and giving their best in Australian conditions India in good touch with beating Australia and now having good win against South Africa in first match their bowlers and batting both are at good level just need better combination for having better results in coming matches.

South African selection policy and their Board attitude is going to be killed this game in South Africa because they are not going with merit policy mostly having players through quota system which is surely not acceptable with this most chances they could be next West Indies with fall in all formats and players will be good for franchise cricket which could be more beneficial for them.

I thought Pakistan will not be able to win the match -But the last over the young man did a great bowling
And saved Pakistan form the defeat.
Good match though - wonderful performance

Everyone believed it to be an easy win for England upon the target. England wasn't able to maintain the required runrate. As you've mentioned, it is true that the young bowler Aamer Jamal made a classy performance throughout and very particularly in the last over. With 15 runs required in the last over, the debut bowler made Pakistan win the match making 4 dot balls in the last over.

An unbelievable comeback gives Pakistan the upper hand in a last-over thriller. It has been a dream debut for Amir Jamal, he is amazing! Despite Moeen Ali's heroics, Pakistan wins another thriller. This has been an excellent series with excellent atmosphere. Well done, Pakistan.

Both subcontinental teams India and Pakistan are playing good cricket ahead of the World Cup, which is pleasing to me as a sports enthusiast. It's just a practice run before the World Cup.

In the previous series, the performance of India's bowlers was very poor. But the Indian bowlers showed a great performance against South Africa. If the bowlers are able to continue their good performance, India will win this series very easily.

South Africa scored only 106 runs and these were going to be insufficient runs. India just needed one partnership and the match would have been in their hands,  KL Rahul  and Suryakumar Yadav did exactly that and they both scored 50 runs. It was an easy win for the Indians.
South Afria batting was totally collapsed in the match and four out of top six batsmen scored none in the match. At one time, South Africa had lost 5 wickets when they did not even make 10 runs.

When I was looking at the score after few minutes to start the game, i was in a confusion about runs and wickets. Anyway it gets fixed after a while. South Africa's major setback was that they started losing wickets one after another in the early stages which added to the frustration within the team. But one thing was good that they played full 20 overs with having wickets.

Disappointed with the performance from England. Their batsmen were in good form till now and I don't know what happened all of a sudden.

Impressed with the performance of the bowlers of Pakistan? Wow, with this bowling attack we can defend any total.

Guess what, we do not have Shaheen Afridi in our bowling squad yet and if he is included, this bowling attack will become the best in T20 cricket.
On the other hand, batting needs to be improved as we can't expect Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam to always make a big total. This time Babar Azam failed but Mohammad Rizwan scored 63 and held the innings together.

Disappointed with the performance from England. Their batsmen were in good form till now and I don't know what happened all of a sudden. Harry Brook wasted a lot of balls and scored just 4 runs from 9 balls in a match where the required run rate was higher than 7.00. Dawid Malan also scored runs slowly, but at least in his case it can be said that he steadied the ship after initial hiccups. Pakistani bowlers were exceptional, especially their spinners. Iftikhar Ahmed and Shadab Khan together bowled 8 overs and conceded just 41 runs.

South Africa has been able to provide a target of only 107 runs. It is almost impossible to win against a team like India with a target of just 107 runs. Although the pitch is completely bowling friendly. If the target was like 140 then maybe India would not have won the match easily. Four South African batsmen returned to the dressing room for zero runs today. Keshav and Parnell's partnership helped South Africa set a target of 107. Otherwise they would have lost all the wickets before 80.
Arshdeep singh done amazing job at the top order and give good advantage to his team with taking early wickets of top order which is surely going to be great for this youngster who was criticized for drop catch and having not good confidence after this incident but now look like things are going to be his favor because this is surely good comeback and having good performance against team like South Africa.
Just because of this spell South African shattered badly and fail to do something good in later Keshav Maharaj is hero for them as he has done 41 and Parnell 24 which give a chance to them for having figure of 106 on board against quality batting of India with this match look like we are going to have one-sided affair in this series because confidence is badly down, and they are looking out of the touch which is surely not good sign before big event.

Arshdeep Singh's performance in today's match was very commendable. He performed very well. He brought back three great batsmen like de Kock, Rossouw and Miller. If one of these three batsmen survives at the crease, South Africa would have been able to collect at least 140 runs. I would say this match was completely under India's control because of Arshdeep's performance
.
South Africa lost 5 top-order batsmen for only 9 runs. It is impossible to win the match if the top-order players perform like that. Still they didn't lose all wickets between 60/70 which I think is a credit to them

Seems like England is going to win
Second entertaining and action packed match just end with the win for Pakistan even in last both matches England were in good position but fail to keep momentum and lost match by very close margin first by 3 runs and now today by 6 runs which is really concern for them today Moeen Ali was at crease but still fail to do these runs which need some good changes because now they are heading for World Cup after this series, and they need some match winner which can give them good support at dead point which is required in big events.

Today we have very low scoring match as Pakistan bowled out for 145 in 19 overs and just Mohammad Rizwan is man who giving his best all other batsmen fail to give any performance Mark Wood done good job for England with 3/20 but sadly in reply they fail to reach this target with their top order again fail in this match and Salt and Hales out cheaply early which give them big setbacks.

India is winning the first match of the bilateral? This hardly happened in my recent memory.

Let's give credit for full swing bowling from the opening bowlers, the kind of ball they bowled in the first 3 overs were peach aka yummy, doubt if any batter could face them including Indians, except Rizwan and SKY, these 2 guys are batting in another dimension nowadays, conditions hardly matters to them.
I was surprised too. South Africa have been performing really well against India across all formats lately which is why I didn't expect them to get blown away in this manner. The Indian team carried on their great form from the Australian series.

Axar Patel keeps impressing everyone with his amazing consistency with both bat and ball. Great all-rounder!

I do not know exactly how long ago South Africa had been in such a situation. They are playing the first match of the three match T20 series. However, India has done great performance today. They did not give South Africa any chance. I couldn't imagine that in the end, South Africa would be able to score over 100 runs. Anyway, the next match can be a good one.
South Africa have got good winning record over the past T20 series played in recent months. During the month of August South Africa played against Ireland and won the series. Before to that it played against England and won the series 2-1. Previously South Africa played against India in June. In that series South Africa levelled 2-2 as one match ended without result.

The first match of the series is completely one sided and South Africa need to play good to make this a winning series. India with the win against Australia have got more confidence and a pressure free gaming.

Pakistan won, really target was so bad by the batting line up of the Pakistan today failed to make a good total still, Pakistani bowlers did amazing job and won the match by the 5 Runs well, that was good match of series as hear patients can watch it hahaha. Well done by Bowlers again i think Pakistan should need to focus on the batting line up as Only Babar,, nooo Only Rizwan is taking all pressure sometimes Asif too.
