Now cancellation is not in book of BCCI as they already facing some serious problems so this can create some more chaos for them which is not good in UAE they can handle things much better then in India as here some better things and facilities.
About Suresh Raina is really bad news and his decision is good to leave cricket and go ahead with his family because its more important then cricket hopefully all others will recover soon.

Retractable roof is not needed in countries such as UAE and Australia. Because the chances of rain interruption are low in these countries. However, other test nations such as India, Sri Lanka, England.etc needs to think about it. If you look at the long-term benefits, constructing a stadium with retractable roof is clearly an economically viable option.

But as far as I know there are just one cricket stadium which has retractable roof. that is the Docklands stadium in Australia. To build this type of stadium needs a big budget.
