Rashid Khan is too good especially in T20 format, his absence will be a big blow to Afghans.

Kohli will not be playing the first match as today is his daughters Birthday. The rest of the series he will be part of the team and will be playing. It is very important for him to play well in this series as the selectors have given him and Rohit another chance. As this will be the last T20 series that India will play before the T20 cup it will become a decider for them to be part of the squad. Many new players would get selected from this team too.

op I agree with you because in 2023 world cup we saw great performance from Afghanistan. Afghanistan made the impossible possible at the 2023 World Cup. Afghanistan has beaten a team like Pakistan so there is no doubt it will do well against India. That's because Afghanistan's bowling line is very good batting and they can score quite well so it is expected that if they can't win the match against India then the game will be full of rivals. Eagerly sitting to watch India vs Afghanistan T20 match I feel India vs Afghanistan match will be very exciting. But I will put India ahead of Afghanistan because India has great batsmen. They are evenly matched based on my research which could make this particular series quite entertaining. Am betting on Afghanistan to win the series though by the narrowest of margins.

They should manage well without Rashid, but India might face issues without Kohli. Excited!

Brisbane Heat vs Perth Scorchers:

Heat won the toss and batted first. Slow start, lost quick wickets however Neser and Billings got Heat back on track with brilliant 6th wicket partnership of 80 runs. At start of 15th overs they were 114-5 and by eof 20th 191-6, 77 runs from last 5, almost 14 RPO. Few beautiful cricket shots to watch too, for example the straight drive in 15th over from Neser.

It was day of Neser — brilliant by bat, dismissed Crawley and took hard catch of Josh Inglish.

Scorchers could musher up only 168 by eof their innings and lost to Heat by 23 runs, thereby Heat securing the spot in finals.

India, Afghanistan T20 series starts tomorrow. Indian team is beng captained by Rohit Sharma and a lot of new players are part of the team. Virat Kohli has been selected this time to be part of the T20 team and news is that both Rohit and Virats fate of being part of the World Cup team will be decided by their performance in this series. Rohit has proven that he can bat with an offensive approach and with a good strike rate in the ODI world cup. Whereas Virat doesn't have a good strike rate in T20 format it would be interesting to watch him in this series.
