We will never get the opportunity to witness these teams in a major ICC tournament. Despite the expansion being planned in men's tournaments (ODI world cup is being expanded from 10 teams to 14, while T20I world cup is being expanded from 12 teams to 20), there is no such expansion being planned for the women's world cup. The T20I world cup for women just have 10 participants, while only 8 are permitted for the ODI world cup. This is a quite regressive approach by the ICC and as per the current setup not even the full members are assure of a spot in the main tournaments.

Anyway, PTI is leading the opinion polls by a big margin and unless there is a surprise they are going to win.
