Rangpur Riders is one of the strongest teams in BPL. They were playing well till the 15th over but at the end they couldn't continue it. Although I had confidence towards Sylhet Strikers from the beginning, I lost it towards the end. It was bad luck for me. I bet on Sylhet Strikers today at 2.10 odds. When Rangpur Riders scored 17 runs in the 15th over of the game, the team's total was 137 runs with the loss of 3 wickets. I suddenly take the decision to withdraw my balance at that time. The Sylhet strikers who are at the top of the points table, lost against Comilla Victorians in the first qualifier match and will play against Rangpur Riders today as a second chance. Yeah, virtually no doubt about it. I guess if we leave out Tennis and to some extent Golf (?) then Women cricketers will surely become the highest-paid women athletes. It's just a humble start as far as the WPL budget is concerned, I'm sure in the next couple of years their purse will increase.

Heard a few pundits saying that top players will earn more from the WPL than an entire WBBL squad or Women The 100 squad's budget or even many male cricketers playing in different leagues (barring Men's IPL) so Women cricketers will surely get respect.

OK.. In that case my bad. All the best for Tara Norris. I watched her during the Fairbreak Invitational T20 and she performed really well during the tournament. And I am quite surprised that none of the Thai women even got registered in the auction. Thailand is the strongest associate side at this moment in women's game and it is quite surprising that none of the franchises even considered their players. Apart from Thailand, Netherlands and Nepal are also quite good in women's cricket. Hopefully the WPSL will offer some of these players with contracts.

It's unfortunate but I believe it comes down to scouting and the availability of data, which is not available in the public domain.

Also, during the inaugural event, all franchises wanted big players for their branding.

Bangladesh BPL League (BPL) Sylhet Strikers vs Rangpur Riders today match which team loses will be eliminated from the final match.
