I am also saying the same thing With today's batting and bowling performance, the girls of Ireland have completely taken the series. And if you look at the economy rate of Pakistan's bowlers, you will see that their bowling economy rate was much more costly than Ireland's bowling today.

So, this was definitely a dominating performance from the Ireland women’s team. They have done really well to set a big total for Pakistan. And they have also done well in the second innings when they bowled out Pakistan for only 133 runs. I think this is going to put the flashlight on Ireland, women’s team a little more from now on. I know that Ireland is not very popular for cricket in the whole world. They are always barely making it into the top 10. Yes Pakistan is very supportive and welcoming to associate teams for tours and this is the true spirit of cricket . It shouldn't be just played among 5 or 6 strong teams , cricket should be played with all sort of teams and all countries should promote these tours in their grounds.
As we have seen some great performances by associate teams in world cup and they deserve to play more and more cricket on regular basis.

It was an amazing comeback from the Ireland women. They got whitewashed by Pakistan in the ODI series (lost 0-3, by large margins everytime). But then they came back strongly and defeated Pakistan 2-1 in the T20I series and that too under hostile conditions. Some of their experienced players performed exceptionally well throughout the series. Gaby Lewis ended up as the Player of the Series, while Orla Prendergast and Amy Hunter were also scoring quick runs. And they were well supported by Jane Maguire, Arlene Kelly and Laura Delany in the bowling department.

The team for the upcoming Newzealand series was announced while the world cup was still going on and not after the world cup therefore his performance was never taken in consideration for captainship. In my opinion this is a great opportunity for him and if he is able to win this series then he might become the permanent captain for India's T20 squad.

You know every player select in nation squad is better because he face alot of difficulties he work too hard to select in nation squad and he proved him that why he selected, but captaincy has another level of pressure because you will perform well and you will be responsible for every mistakes and every loss.
Under the capacity of virat Kohli Rohit perform really really well because at that time he has is free of captaincy pressure but when he become captain his performance become poor and poor , no doubt he is best player in every format so I think if you put the pressure of captaincy on hardik may be his performance become bad too. Hardik Pandya had no doubt given great performances in world cup batting and balling both. Specially in batting he has lifted his team alot of times when rest of them failed to perform Hardik Pandya stood for his team and made good runs as in semi-finals.
Virat kohli is playing more like a test cricket player in recent matches slowly and slowly runs and balls almost same and Rohit Sharma performance was poor . In T20 you have to perform quickly and aggressively and make runs for your team you don't have time and balls to waste.
If you are looking for an aggressive and spontaneous player in Indian team that's him indeed.
