I have heard that the ticket for the final match was already bought by a huge number of Indian supporters. But in the end, India did not reach the finals. So, a lot of tickets were eventually sold by Indian supporters later. I don’t know if this is true, but I have heard that this happened after that India VS England match.

Although the British are the inventors of cricket but India and Pakistan are among the most popular countries in cricket. And if I compare these two countries, India will be the best. I cannot fathom the love of the Indians, But the passion I have seen in Indians for cricket is much more than any other countries in the world. I remembered a movie named "Lagaan" 2001 Indian hindi sports drama written and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. The love for cricket, that was born in the people of that time continues till today.
