Yes much better to HODL all the coins that you have and invest more on the coins that you can invest with. If it is also possible, invest with the bitcoin while it's price is not too high so that after all of this, I'm sure that it will rise up again just like last year. We should be positive and don't panic with the current situation.

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

1. I learned not to HODL. The reason that I learned that is that, small losses turns to bigger losses. I'm not much of a trader, but what I learned is that, you need to protect your asset from bigger losses.
2. The market moves in waves, it doesn't go straight up or straight down, meaning there are entry and exit point if you missed a good one. Be patient.
3. Cash is also a position, normally I use USDT to preserve value of my gains. Position a part of your portfolio in cash (10-20%), in case there's a FUD news on a good coin or token, you can buy it.

don t worry and take it easy cuz everytime is happening itsnot smth new so whenmarket is falling clever thing thatwe have to do is not to panic and definitely not to sell it bcuz you are going to regret so wait until high orices come again and sometimes this period i use for buying at lower prices so i can make good investments in future.
The best way is to stick to it. We should not panic because the major crypto-markets are falling. This is just a part of the fluctuation of the value of each coin market. There is nothing new in this situation. Just like the usual decline, their market value will eventually increase, and patience will be rewarded.
I think only few people here in crypto are setting up stop losses even before starting to buy. I think it is the best way if you are planning some stop loss then set it up right after you purchase a coin.

we hold it until the time comes to the high price again, while doing bounty that we think is good, as a filler of time, just believe that the time will come and we will get results, this belief will make us not drift by the market price down
My tactics is hold when markets fall. Dont worry and dont do panic selling. And the other one to do is buy. While market is down this a big opportunity to buy coins/tokens. This the strategy to become more profitable.
If you have the money I suggest buying different coins to hold since the prices are so cheap. It is always good to have different varieties of coins to hold instead on focusing only one. But if you don't have the luxury to buy different coins then hold on to your coins and don't even think of selling. Be patient and wait for the green light.

When the market is falling, you should always try to buy as much Ethereum as you can.

Indeed, the best thing to do is to hold. We should not panic just because major cryptomarket is falling, that's just oart of every coins' market value volatility and nothing's new with this scenario. Like what usually happens with the declines, their market value will eventually increase and patience is a virtue. I'm used to holding whenever the market is falling, I hold my coins to overcome and it remains the tactics I will ever use. Many begginers in crypto do engaged in panic sell when their prices are getting down, which will later make them regret. I'll say just HOLD.
There is a very simple tactic: sell what is not really core in your portfolio. All the maybes and all the just in cases tokens out, keep the good old stuff and buy again later.
