I think there is not much to do when the market falls. I guess I do not want to lose more money. maybe a little more investment can be made in order to reduce the loss, but if the investment falls ..
As a trader what i do at that time, i sell my coin to tether. It is more stable selling to tether currency, it is like usd it don't use to go below normal dollar value.
Tactics when the market is falling is to not panic and I do this by reminding myself as much as possible that this is just normal market movements and that the market will never stay down forever. I take a look at the money which I have made and that keeps me calm knowing that there is more to come. Also if I can afford it, I just buy into the market when prices are falling.
If you know you are afraid of losing your investment you can sell your tokens but that is not the best practice. This is the time you can acquire more tokens at a cheaper rate, hodl for a while and make more profits from the proceed when the price rises

Personally I just sit down and calm when market is low like this period.... doing panic selling at low price is the worst thing you can do so I think it's better to just hold.
