I want my friends and well-wishers to know about crypto.
It is a good thing you have in mind, but I must also remind and advice you to be careful and cautious as you introduce cryptocurrency to your friends. Cautious in the sense that as you talk about crypto and have highlighted its potential to affect ones financial situation positively, many of them may be eager to want to skip to the part where you tell them how exactly to gain and may urge you to give them some financial advice, however tempting, you must avoid that urge to give financial advice to them as you talk about crypto, so tomorrow if it doesn't go their way, they wouldn't have you to blame and your relationship will be save.
Your intention is really good and impressive. However, let them be aware too that crypto is definitely not a get-rich-quick scheme as most of them would only want to enter crypto because there are huge profits waiting ahead. Of course its possible, but they should first give their wild efforts and persistency so they will succeed in the end. But above all, let them understand that crypto is not here to compete with fiat, as bitcoin will always be less effective unless the government starts supporting and adopting it.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
Good initiative. I don't have this kind of opportunity to lecture about cryptocurrency in my country since it's prohibited to use here. But I had tried to introduce this forum to my nearest persons. But sadly they don't spend time here nor much interest. Everyone just looks for money which is impossible from here for a beginner. This forum isn't for earning purposes, here we can learn.

Anyway good to see you have chances to share about the forum and cryptocurrency publicly. The next generation should know about cryptocurrency very well.
This bitcointalk forum is not just an ordinary forum where people mostly interact, but it’s more of an avenue of building knowledge and developing skills because of the valuable information we gained from it. Thus, it needs to be more spread so that a lot of people will benefit from it. I’m glad OP you take the effort to let the people around you be aware of it.

I would like to appreciate the effort by OP to expose the existence of cryptocurrencies and the platform bitcointalk but I want to give a remainder as well, we have to keep bitcointalk as the discussion platform cause that is why Satoshi created this after creating bitcoin but later we see bounties and signature campaigns then it turned out more of a platform where someone can earn by posting which should be treated secondary only don't stay away from the actual reason.

MAaaN...!! CUT THAT STUPID SHIT
this forum has a lot of knowledge i need including knowledge about cryptocurrency and some other additional knowledge. Members who interact in this forum are very active and will provide feedback when we start asking about things that are not understood. I also promote this forum to my friends and some of my friends started to be in this forum. those who survive certainly know what to do in this forum and those who quit they either don't find anything they need or can't survive and thrive.

The desire to help these young people navigate through a career path in the crypto sphere through this forum is my vision to accomplish. I want my friends and well-wishers to know about crypto. That's why I came up with the plan to introduce and tell the youths about crypto, the forum and the rules and regulations governing it.
It may not be easy to teach them about all of these, but they are the youths. As long as they are open-minded, have strong willingness to learn, not money oriented first, and also they are eager to get this, it will be easier then. The youth is our next generation, they should know and understand how this world going on. How the technology is always developing. ANd how great the blockchain technology, crypto industry, and also this forum. Exactly, this forum is a very special forum. Many people may meet difficulties being in this forum. But as long as we have the willingness to read and earn, this will be much easier. Moreover, we have seen so many people being successful in this forum. This means that it may not become the main focus, but this can be one of the factors to make the youths to be more on fire.

to enhance our crypto knowledge

the main target here is bitcoin and not all cryptocurrencies, this forum is designed as a solution centre where all matters relating to the affairs of bitcoin network van be discussed, altcoins discussion was just an additional benefits for those interested in it,

We had youth week in our church last week and we were asked to share ideas and knowledge. I tend to use the opportunity to lecture them about crypto, but last week I talked about the Bitcoin Forum, and how it is similar to our church group. There, we created a platform that will foster training in crypto

though I don't know what this stands to reflect but i personally don't see it a good idea bringing crypto to church and also, fee days back another member talked  about it, about this same related topic of teaching bitcoin during Sunday school class in the church in which i also doubted but to say the fact bring crypto into church is not good enough in protecting the reputation with the church.

Not Your Keys, Not Your Bitcoin
We hope by the end of it, the exposure to crypto and the Bitcoin forum will be magnificent. That many will find a career path in this field, as it presents a rare but available opportunity to advance into financial well-being.

Crypto is wide, it presents plenty of opportunities and has become a home of job opportunities for many cryptographic programmers and developers and this forum is one the best place to start as a beginner, in fact, this forum is very friendly even though you have no knowledge about bitcoin, it naturally teaches you the basic and advances of bitcoin if you flow around the forum.
It is important you should also know that this forum isn't just the knowledge alone you will benefit, the local boards have unite a lot of people from different backgrounds with common goals, they are all here because of bitcoin.

You may have a good plan for your church members to learn about cryptocurrency and probably build a career in it either in blockchain, drafting or some other aspects which is good but I hope cryptocurrency is allowed in your country because if it is not you have already exposed yourself . Meanwhile this forum isn't particular about cryptocurrency but bitcoin. There are other forum where altcoins are main focus.

These two threads will be helpful

OP took a very excellent initiative. I'm glad to see people introducing others to bitcoin and spreading awareness of it. It's encouraging to see that fresh graduates who haven't yet found stable employment are choosing the cryptocurrency market as a career route. In any case, it will help them meet their modest financial demands while they hunt for alternative sources of income, even if it is only as a side business.

Not everyone who has the opportunity to learn about cryptocurrencies will do so. If they are not convinced and informed the genuine facts about it, some people may be given misleading information about it, which will reduce their interest in investing in it after learning about it. I hope they realize this and completely embrace cryptocurrency into their lives. Bringing them to this forum and teaching them the fundamentals here will be a driving tool to shift their interest into it.

Getting positive results of how eager they are willing to join and attain knowledge in crypto wasn't that easy because I started with the basics of crypto to lecture them, the forum ranks, merits, how to post and promote bounties, and the rules and regulations and so on. It is intimidating for many.

Be careful so you won't be starting your own farm of bounty/signature hunters and spammers. Bringing people on to the forum with the hopes of financial education is a wrong way to go about teaching people. I understand that your aim might be pure but humans are known to misused privileges been given to them so there's no guarantee that those you're introducing onto the forum won't want to misused the privileges over here.

For career path in crypto industry, if you truely want to succeed then you have to look beyond the forum as the opportunity here are limited. Signature and bounties participations should never been considered a career path. The best way to excel in the career aspect of this industry is by having a skills that you can sell as service for some cryptocurrency and I don't think the best paying ones are on the forum. The Forum is just a tools for learning about Bitcoin and hanging out with like minds.

You are doing a great job OP. Even though sharing some knowledge could lead also to rejection and non believers.  I am sharing too on my friends whom dont have knowledge with it and so far only some of them believes me until now.  Well they only get attentive when the hype on axie infinity roam around the globe.  Thats where they saw that cryptocurrency has a nice application to real world.  I am looking forward to blockchain dominance and how it can help us even more than simply a financial alternative without much restriction.

They lost it the first time when it was freely given, now they've to pay for it.
I laughed after seeing this last quote because I have had a similar experience. Although I am the one in the first instance who didn't see the importance of this forum talk until much later when I had a job. my bill kept rising, but the person who introduced me to this forum encouraged me to persevere as I could learn and invest some cash so as to have an alternative to salary. Fast forwarding today, I have learnt more than I believe I could learn and have gotten to understand most terms I found confusing. Not only the youths should be taught about crypto, the children who can read and write should be taught as well. Crypto is the future of finance and commerce.

Once a man, twice a child!
OP, I saw through your good intention of wanting to help those around you know about Bitcoin and at the same time also achieve financial independence. However, let me give you heads on on this so you won't be taken aback. I suffered rejection from those I thought I was bringing the Bitcoin news to five years ago. In my excitement of the discovery of what Bitcoin was from my little knowledge, I approached those friends of mine to spread the good news. They wanted an instant show of result from my engagement in Bitcoin in terms of what I achieved financially since I was already in it. They didn't see any flashy stuff around me and so they didn't get interested because it wouldn't make them instant money. Fast forward, a few of those friends who rejected me are now coming back to it. I'm insisting on charging them a fee now if I must teach it to them. They lost it the first time when it was freely given, now they've to pay for it.

If you want to help these young people discover or develop their interest in crypto and build a career out of it, perhaps you might want to encourage them to take up computer science or IT courses. Many universities have already incorporated blockchain and crypto in general in their curricula. The knowledge that they could get from this forum would somehow prepare them or serve as foundation for their future career paths.

But if what you refer to as "economic productivity" in this forum is by joining "bounties," I'm afraid you're not really helping them build "a career path in the crypto sphere."

The desire to help these young people navigate through a career path in the crypto sphere through this forum is my vision to accomplish. I want my friends and well-wishers to know about crypto.
This forum is a good place to start learning about Bitcoin, cryptocurrency (alternate cryptocurrency) and some helpful supplementary such as security, privacy, etc.

If one can learn and mature well in knowledge and skills from the forum, I am sure there will be lot of opened gates in crypto career. Just I hope nobody grows from this forum will turn to be a scammer. Building up yourself here and find jobs here or beyond it, but please don't use your reputation here to scam elsewhere.

The youths are future of the world and cryptocurrency world too. The Bitcoin demographics will become younger and younger with time and it will help the increasing adoption of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Good initiative, but I do hope that you focused on what they can learn from bitcointalk and not on the ways to earn from it via bounties and signature campaigns because so many users got stuck in altcoin section doing bounties fro years, without ever realizing that bitcointalk is so much more than a cash cow.
Well in the end it can't be prevented as long as the forum still has a bounty section. I understand that a lot of people here have taken forum as a side job that makes a few bucks to help them make ends meet. I wouldn't blame them for this but when they all end up in the wrong section then in the end they will never get any good knowledge other than just a few bucks off a non-potential altcoin.

We've actually touched on this issue a few times where we sometimes give some advice so that beginners don't fall into the false expectations of many altcoin projects. Some beginners manage to develop their skills even they manage to have their own business by adopting bitcoin, but that's only a small percentage of people.

Don't get me wrong, its ok to mention that aspect of this forum as well as it will certainly attract some people (especially in developing countries) but it shouln't be a sole reason to register here.

My only concern when it comes to success in attracting younger audience to bitcointalk is that for majority of them forum is too slow so they rather prefer Telegram/Twitter and other "faster" ways of communication.

The hard part is taking young people who don't know anything about crypto and then providing understanding until they are interested and join. You really have to explain the basics of cryptocurrency knowledge, because they must have a foundation on how crypto works, what crypto is and how its history is, all of which must be mastered.

and in the next lecture, you only need to provide some additional material about this forum and what its advantages and disadvantages are. Do not describe this forum as a place to make money, because if the initial description is like that, they are beginners only focusing on how to make money on the forum rather than learning how to be a good member and can contribute a lot to the forum.

Just look at how the newbie ranks on the forum, they disappear one by one and those who survive will certainly become qualified candidates.

this is a tough task for you, but I'm sure you will get positive value from what you do. it's not only in your interest, but more in the common interest to make everyone aware of cryptocurrency, bitcoin and its technology, and about this forum. Good job and do your best.
Nothing good comes easy without the tough decision to excel in it. Impacting knowledge on a group of people doesn't look that simple. I already know about that. I have started this initiative, am not intending to stop soon. I will keep spreading the awareness of crypto and the Btt forum to who's ever I get in contact with.

Am willing to take them through the journey and guide them without relenting while I keep building me. I have highlighted topics to lecture them on crypto and how to be relevant in the forum. They are not registering on the forum yet until I have impacted enough knowledge of what they should know about crypto and the forum

Alot need to be done in this direction, don't think is an easy job and if I must advise you I will say you should pay more attention to developing yourself and making yourself a role model, that is have a life in cryptocurrency that will serve as a motivation for them. I have tried to educate some forks around and have also made an attempt to get some of them registered on this forum, but what I discovered about most of them is that everyone thinks and takes Bitcoin as some get quick scheme and in that loses motivation when they're discovered that if you must make anything out of cryptocurrency then you have to invest some time and money into the learning process. And Bitcoin only rewards those that make an input and not free money grabbers.

I started with the basics of crypto to lecture them, the forum ranks, merits, how to post and promote bounties, and the rules and regulations and so on. It is intimidating for many.

Your initiative is good,  and one that is highly encouraged,  but I must correct you on something which I feel is very important.
I feel that when ever we are educating our friends about crypto and presenting this forum to them as a place to learn more about bitcoin and crypto currencies,  we should always rule away the bounty part of it,  this is one of the reasons why we have so many spammers on the forum,  they register/sign up on this forum for bounty purposes alone, and not to contribute or learn anything meaningful on the forum.
So I think it is high time we stop introducing bitcointalk to our friends as a forum where they can make money in bounties,  introduce the forum to them as place where they can learn about bitcoin ~ if they are new to cryptocurrencies and a place where they can share their crypto knowledge ~ if they are already into crypto currencies before.
