I did not surprise myself with this, I traveled last year and on the way we did it accident, my body did not move, I was on the ground near the car that we made an accident, The car we made accident was damaged and was pouring fuel. no one helped me, there were many people who passed near where we made accident and no one help me, people just take photos and videos of me to post on social networks and news channels.

What country is that?

A similar event happened to me where a teenager was in trouble in a lake with 4ft waves and an adult family member who apparently didn't know how to swim went out to him and he ended up drowning and the boy made it in. The people really didn't do anything other than stand by the shore and call his name. Nobody went in. The whole Hispanic family was there and maybe none of the others knew how to swim either. A park ranger came with a rope and I wanted to hold the rope with it attached to someone else and have them swim out there, but nobody seemed to be interested in doing that. I didn't trust someone to hold the rope for me because people these days will let go of the rope like the people recording the video would likely do.

I can understand the people in the video because they may not know how to swim, and when you go out to someone who is drowning they tend to grab on to you and push you under, but still they should do something. It's not that people are totally narcisstic it's that they're also so stupid that they don't have a clue what to do.

How many of you would save the/a drowning person and how many of you would not do so? What has society come to when things like this even takes place. What would go through your mind if you were about to drown and noone would bother to come to your rescue?

I would definitely save a drowning person, even if it would be some risk involved. On the same note I would urge everybody to do the same in i similar situation.

Ever wondered if pot is ok or not? Well this is what is does to you, are those punks even remotely human?

What do you think.

Does smoking pot turn you into a punk ass bitch, or is it the other way around?

I gathered my force alone and crawled as far as I could, I lost consciousness and when I recovered I only remember that it was raining and the car did not explode.

People like to see other people suffer, people love violence.

Smoking weed has many negative effects, one of which is the loss of caring for each other, such as the video show where they just laugh and do not care about the person who is drowning in the river, they regard the incident as a joke only.

The guy didn't drown the victim himself. Imagine if he tried to help out the victim while being high on pot, it could've ended worse for boh them them also. Although the act of laughing at someone drowning is not really a good thing, that person didn't actually cause what happened.
There is a possibility to save the man for about 5-6 minutes after he sank in the warm water and up to 10 minutes if he drowned in cold water. You're just trying to justify these bastards. My opinion is they have no excuse. They are freaks and should be in prison.

This is primarily the poor education of modern adolescents, they feel permissiveness and do not bear responsibility for their actions. In our country, it is a criminal responsibility for not helping a person.

Smoking weed or marijuana isn't the problem here, the problem is the people itself who abuse this kind of stuff. Marijuana is meant to be use fir medical puoposes it does wonder and can cure many different sickness, diseases but the problem is that this stoners and users uses it for recreational use that's how it is being abused for example if you have a classmate that is so high he laughs at anything or do some pranks while the class is in sessions then that disturbs the class because he is unable to control himself. The problem is not herb but the people itself who abuses it.
Cannabis isn't "meant" for anything. It's just a plant that can cause physiological changes in the body.

I've used it for recreation for almost 15 years now, sometimes in completely ridiculous doses, and I've been in full control of my life regardless.Cannabis isn't the only substance I've played with, and I still have absolutely no trouble getting a PhD in Mathematics and being successful in every branch of life that I throw myself at.

People just like to offload their own responsibilities everywhere they can, be it other people, institutions, substances, or acts of god.

If you have a goal that you are not willing to give up, recreational use of substances won't deter you from it. If recreational use of any substance puts you off your goals you would've lost sight of it even without drugs.

The sooner people realize that they are 100% responsible for their own course of life, they will actually have a chance to live a fulfilled and happy life.

With that said, everybody should very carefully research any and everything that they put into their body before trying anything unknown. Never rely on other people to deliver you the facts and research all positive and negative aspects from both sides. And even if you decide to take something, always start low. There's more than enough time in a life to try a little more next time after all, so there's no reason to rush anything and taking on unreasonable risks.

This is nothing. Most teens don't sit by and do nothing. Most of them attempt to help. These kids just didn't understand the trouble the drowning guy was in... probably because the guy had played pranks on them in the past.

There are millions of teens, and many of them smoke pot and do good at the same time. But here is the really bad and sad fact. Google "police brutality" to see that cops often do just the opposite. Cops often make the trouble.

Sure, most cops are reasonable. Most are good guys. But some of them are downright wicked and mean, way more than these teens could even dream of... at least until they become cops.

Its their true selves resurfacing out of the deepest and darkest corner of their minds, waiting for something to set them free and weed is the thing that sets off most of their constricted thoughts. Smoking marijuana often gives off effects that mostly makes a person become reckless, the idea is that it doesnt change a person's personality but rather yet setting them free. The ruthless act on the man drowning is their own personality and morality.

If you blame the drugs, you give these guys a free pass on their behavior.

I can assure you, it has nothing to do with marijuana and everything to do with their upbringing.

Absolutely, it has nothing to do with these guys being high or drunk. Blame their upbringing which failed to make them humans. We see such instances daily, road accidents, we see and just walk away thinking why should we when that person is no one to us, why should we, let someone else step in, why should we get involved in any legal issues, lack of humanity. The same thing here, but much worse since apart from these retards there were no other people around who could have helped a disabled drowning man and on top of that these lunatics are mocking and enjoying a human getting drowned, pathetic, lack of absolute humanity, no value for human life.

its the kids these days, and Im saying that as a 32 year old, LOL. This would have been too intriguing to pass up on; any kid worth his salt would have been excited just to help with something like this; things like this dont happen everyday. and dont blame this on pot. Im high as a kite right now; my moral and ethical facilities are completely non affected. Any decent human worth his salt would at least have gotten off their ass and walked over to the side of the lake the guy was on, if not to get a better vantage. These are shit humans, nothing more, nothing less.

Well now that is just messed up stuff right there, maybe its not the weed they just need the psychiatrist.
That said even if there is a human being not sure we found one there recording the video.
Problem this is America where the good Samaritan law could easily end up putting the well intended person in jail for helping out, not that in this case help should not have been provided ... that was just wrong.
Ya we need morals, the fear of God would have likely helped this man cause the long arm of the law ain't done no good here yet. And upbringing them with some values like save someone drowning is better than apathy.

That link is crazy. In my country you are obligated to help others in such situations and if you don't you go to jail, period. The only exception is if you would risk your own life to save theirs, but even in that case you are legally obligated to at least call the police and/or an ambulance.
In my country also we are obliged to help others who experience disaster, even yesterday there is a woman put her toddler into the well.Residents work side by side to save toddlers very unfortunate, the toddler has died.If there is such an incident in the link, would be caught by the police. very sad the video

Marijuana and alcohol can stupefy a person's mind, but if he leads an immoral way of life without them, then it is not necessary to deny normal people the use of small doses for entertainment. Now many rotten people and without drugs.
