The idea is beautiful - I would suggest to make small interesting video with information so that people get to know about your business and along side learn what you are up to. Arranging a meet-up and inviting kids to the place will also help people know about your business. Good luck!

There's not enough information to make it appealing to investors, you should create a website a whitepaper and post all the details that every investor wants to know, be transparent to gain the confidence of investors ISO marked will help the project it's a good recognition coming from regulators, 10% per annum is acceptable as long as you can sustain it.

Better stop quoting the 2 year old reply just to add up or boost your post count since this is really not a good thing to do there are so many updated thread here so better contribute a better discussion to those live threads so that people can read this will not call you spammer.

You said you sell rabbit meat but have you done the study about your market where you sell that if you increase the production will you still be able to sell it? Any thought on expanding the market from current to other markets as well?

First, you mentioned you are in the Boat business now you stated you will sell meat or does that mean that your family generates the revenue and you put that money in rabbit meat as a side business and now want to expand?

Instead of asking for investments, you should focus on the development of the project and you can use this forum to advertise your project. Once people are confident, they could think of investment in the project with a good ROI. No one will give you any investment if you just straight ask for money for project growth.

You need to state exactly what your business is worth, state exactly how much money it makes. and then decide how much of that business you want to sell. if it is a limited company, then you can surely sell tokens backed by those shares. if you cheat your investors they can easily sue you and you will be in very big trouble.

I think your proposal is not well detailed. The only thing your potential customer sees right away is the promise of a 10 percent return. And nothing more. You no longer provide any specifics that would allow the investor to have a good idea of the business. And in any case, at the moment, in my opinion, this is not the time to start any projects. The market is not warmed up enough for there to be demand for this.

I have not seen your channel on YouTube, but if you have already started with forums and social.perhaps this is a big step in your development. With the development of your business plan, it will be clear whether you need a conclusion that you will not need an ICO at all because it might cost you more (and not just money but other resources) than you can profit from it

I am not sure that is a good idea. In my opinion, you just need using more traditional instruments for obtaining funds, for example, banks and private investors. If you have a channel, you can show statistics, growth dynamics and this will be a good confirmation of your intentions.

If you want my thoughts, they aren't going to be positive.

No one is going to be interested in your project, most likely. 10% in a high amount, sure, but it is unsecured by anything other than your word (not even assets on your balance sheet, just for example), and there is no chance for legal recourse in the case of a scam.

I'd strongly suggest that if you require funding, do so via a local bank and business loan. Their interest rates will most likely be significantly less than 10% p.a. as well.

Since it is a working product it is good if you can make good publicity, maybe run a signature campaign about your project as this forum is the easiest place to bring your project to limelight.
Many ideas are coming up and people are looking for ways to rise funds for their businesses through ico and IEO . Your project is unique and you may needs to explain further on how you have become an entrepreneur through YouTube, how profitable it has been and how secure people funds will been if they eventually invested into your projects.

Exactly I don't seems to understand the project they are trying to build, I think the best thing to do is to give a clear explain of what you want to build, state the problem you identified and the solution you are bring to solve it. if the idea is good, investors will come. Why don't you just take out a Bank loan?Or banks do not give credit for these purposes?As far as I understand,the interest rate on the loan would be significantly less than 10% per year,in addition there is no need to conduct ICO and communicate with legal procedures.

There are really business loans which banks can grant and as you said it do mostly have an annual interest of 6-8% (based on my country) which wont really be a big deal and
also i dont see that someone would be interested into this proposal giving or saying out guaranteed profits on whats ahead.
