Very often, enthusiasm is lost against the background of constant losses.It happens to me too. But basically I find it later when I see how my friends start earning.To avoid it I don't trade in the prolonged bear market. If I was lucky to sell I wait for satisfying levels to enter and just hold from there. If I did not sell i walk away not to feel frustrated and still keep holding the coin if my losses are too big. I know it can be called bagholding but when you're down 80% on a coin you might as well hold and hope that the bear market is coming to an end.

if you're not comfortable with the trading then forcing yourself into the training will not give any success for you so if you take a break then it will definitely a huge mind set giving time at the time can definitely do perform well after the rest.
