In recent times so many exciting events/news have been happening with bitcoin,  we have seen how bitcoin have gain institutional adoption with Tesla taking the lead and the installation of bitcoin ATMs for easy access to the digital global currency BTC.
The latest is a real estate firm optioning for tenants to pay rent using bitcoin.
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/07/rick-carusos-company-to-begin-accepting-rent-payments-in-bitcoin.html?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_content=Crypto&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1617831770
This indeed are great indications of bitcoin mainstream adoption/usage.

We could expect a lot more adaptation that is going to happen in the cryptocurrency, But I might just do this if bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is already popular in my country.

I'm planning to invest in some apartments so that I could earn a passive income and I think cryptocurrency as a payment option is a good thing and at the same time I'm investing in their payment.

The only problem is some people here in my country are still not aware of online things or bitcoin, a big percentage are still more into fiat money I guess because people don't trust online money yet here.

Money ... it is also money and it is considerable Smiley. It does not surprise me. Soon, a very large number of services will allow you to pay with bitcoin. This is good news for us because we will not lose money on sales Smiley.
The more often and more large companies invest in bitcoin, the more Bitcoin will be considered a reliable asset and the more it will attract the attention of even ordinary people. In any case, the government will not be able to change this trend in any way, and it is quite logical that in the future we will even have the opportunity to pay for utilities in bitcoins.

Wow, that is a real dream come true, I wish this practice was much popular around the world. As a tenant, who actively uses crypto and, therefore, holds most of the savings in crypto each time I have to pay the rent I lose at least around $50 on fees+exchange rate+money transfer through the card to the owner. That's crazy because it's like 1/5 of the total pay rent.
But I think for this to become a regular practice we need like 5 years at least.

The indicator of mass adoption is, for example, the announcement of the owner of airbnb about the beginning of the adoption of cryptocurrencies as payment for rent, and this is not particularly significant news, but still has a positive effect on the crypto market as a whole.
These is good that adoption is really happening, there are many ways to use it now and to get access of it, however at these time that price of BTC is rising and is too volatile. I will intend to just invest my money or keep it still as crypto investment than using it, when the price seems too be much more stable in the future and adoption becomes more bigger many industries will use and implement it like a fiat that's the only time to spend it.

Real estate rental, service sector and purchase of goods - all this is an endless list of how it is already possible and possible to use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the future. We live in the coming future, it remains to wait for this trend to capture most of the world, penetrate into the most remote corners and remain with us forever. The sooner a person gets used to it and masters it, the easier it will be for him in this world, this is obvious.

I think this is good news.... and maybe we need more companies or online marketplaces to open transactions using bitcoin or other coins. Because that way the coin will continue to grow.

I know there are lots of people who wouldn’t call this a big news because they are expecting bigger and mainstream companies to start adopting bitcoin before they will regard the adoption. They are all forgetting that it is little things like this one that makes the change, it has to start with the small companies first doing it and by the time there are many of them small companies that are accepting , it will become the new trend and you will start seeing the bigger companies talking about accepting it too.

So, we should also be happy when we see these small companies accepting it, that’s going to help with promoting Bitcoin and increasing the rate at which people adopt it.
Several small companies and agencies play a role in promoting the adoption of bitcoin. Although the adoption is limited to accepting bitcoin as a means of payment, it is sufficient to support the development of bitcoin. from small things will indeed become big things. Like today, Tesla has accepted Bitcoin and can buy Tesla cars using bitcoin. This is the future of bitcoin, bitcoin will be big with lots of support from all walks of life.

This is the beginning, Tesla is the first institution, I am sure in the future some will also accept deposits in the form of bitcoin, and can be used in everyday digital life. Bitcoin is an unstoppable advancement in financial technology.

I am more and more confident with bitcoin even now there is good news about bitcoin such as buying a car with bitcoin in the country of Indonesia applying using a bitcoin dowry. This is extraordinary, maybe in the future bitcoin is increasingly in demand and the price is getting more expensive.
As time goes by, the development of bitcoin continues to develop well and it cannot be denied that there is a lot of good news about the adoption and innovation of bitcoin in various ways and can increase the price of bitcoin which makes bitcoin users continue to grow.
If bitcoin is used as a dowry, that's a good idea and on the condition that the woman should be able to use it and understand how it works.
because if bitcoin is used as a dowry then it is a woman's right and must have a wallet and other conditions for storing it.
Bitcoins as a salary, a dowry, could use to buy stocks, real estate...It definitely will be going that far as people would like to use it and establishment are also accepting this. Such development and adoption take time but we are not in hurry may be, and this will going to happen in the coming years.
I was also excited to use Bitcoin in our place but that seems too far from now, I know it won't be possible but I think, not only a decade to wait, it probably more or maybe I can't enjoy it anymore.

I've also heard that many people make transactions using bitcoin directly. so this may often be applied in the future if bitcoin in the future will be accepted by the public for global payments in general
It is pretty good that they are using bitcoin to do transactions, I wish that in my country is the same but it seems that it is still far from happening. Although I like the idea of paying in bitcoin with my rent, I don't think that it will only be beneficial to the landlord since the landlord is the one that is taking all the money.

So far only huge (and few) institutions are investing in bitcoin and other crypto currencies. Good thing some people now have the options to pay rent using bitcoin. At least it showing signs that people are willing to "accept" bitcoin and other crypto currencies as a regular currency. But how many people are willing to use it? Wouldn't it be much easier for them to use fiat to pay their rent? Wouldn't it be an extra hassle and loss of opportunity for them to give away bitcoin. You know that right, if you transact bitcoin, you create a taxable event...

there could be many of them but are just not very vocal about it. like this OP his username is Caross which likely be Rick Caruso's account. he is vocal about it because after all, he can't hide about it when he accepts BTC as payment for the rents.

some investors are just not very vocal about their bitcoin investment because the law is still unsure. they didn't want to risk. they probably see Bitcoin to be outlawed by the government just as Ray Dalio said.

Why not - if it is more convenient for people to pay for rent in Bitcoins, and for owners to receive payment in cryptocurrency, I only welcome. In my country, unfortunately, Bitcoin is prohibited as a means of payment, but I am sure that when a new, more advanced generation of politicians and lawmakers comes, everything will change for the better and they will begin to do everything for the convenience of people, and not to fill the pockets of high officials. And now we only have to envy such news from other countries.

This is certainly great news for Bitcoin and the entire crypto community. However, I believe that these are only the first steps towards the mass adoption of Bitcoin in the world and it is necessary to build momentum. In any case, the fact that there are companies already selling their goods and services for Bitcoin is a great sign and I hope this trend will continue.
