1 Example thing that bitcoin is good for payment, maybe for big transaction like this, or maybe buy car with bitcoin is can be done because sometimes, fees to pay miner for small transaction not really worth to do. For example if pay less than $50 stuff, and fee is almost near it, people wouldn't want to do that.

In recent times so many exciting events/news have been happening with bitcoin,  we have seen how bitcoin have gain institutional adoption with Tesla taking the lead and the installation of bitcoin ATMs for easy access to the digital global currency BTC.
The latest is a real estate firm optioning for tenants to pay rent using bitcoin.

This indeed are great indications of bitcoin mainstream adoption/usage.

Yes, Tesla, Jack Dorsey's Square, Morgan Stanley have joined this accepting Bitcoin position and Goldman Sachs is expected to announce something interesting and good. In my opinion it is a good tendency. Big players give positive sign and example for the whole world.

We've been seeing this kind of news recently a lot. For example, a NBA team Sacramento Kings offered their players and staff to pay the portion they'd like of their salary with Bitcoin. And now we are witnessing news like this. It looks like we will continue to see these things and it will help mass adoption a lot.

While it is great seeing more and more people getting excited about crypto payments, in particular, Bitcoin payments for every day use, i still think we have

a long way ahead before we can claim that this is a good idea.

With the way BTC has been hyping lately it just makes it, in my opinion, way too volatile to ensure a stable purchase power. Nobody else wants to end up being an living 'pizza' example...

I know there are lots of people who wouldn’t call this a big news because they are expecting bigger and mainstream companies to start adopting bitcoin before they will regard the adoption. They are all forgetting that it is little things like this one that makes the change, it has to start with the small companies first doing it and by the time there are many of them small companies that are accepting , it will become the new trend and you will start seeing the bigger companies talking about accepting it too.

So, we should also be happy when we see these small companies accepting it, that’s going to help with promoting Bitcoin and increasing the rate at which people adopt it.
Of course, first of all, we will not wait for serious government support in using Bitcoin as a means of payment. But since today many companies invest in bitcoin, it is quite possible to assume that not only large business, but also middle-level partner companies, can make various financial calculations in cryptocurrency among themselves.

So of course we are not surprised to hear that many large companies in the world have started accepting payments with cryptocurrency, one of which is bitcoin, moreover they know that bitcoin has recently become increasingly popular among people around the world and can make it easier for their companies to make transactions.

The adoption of Bitcoin compared to the old times are doing great as of the current time that we are seeing lots of big companies and institutions as well as well known personalities taking part of adapting into Bitcoin that leads for greater popularity of it to arise and make it grow not just in price but as well the growth of supporters that are taking part of its improvement. Also, people are starting to realize its important as a payment method making merchants and other business related to offer Bitcoin as mode of payment. We are really seeing a fast growth and adoption that would still grow as time goes by.

...//..:

The true adoption should begin with ourselves in being well informed, I try to be informed and learning every day is not easy, there is a lot of information out there that it is unnecessary to repeat it, even more so when it can bring more a marketing effect than information in itself in reference to bitcoin.

The real news here is that bitcoin is in vogue and that companies are looking for promotion with the orange glow.
If you check that news, even the exchange dropped a link.

That's a good use case for bitcoin but if I'm a tenant, I'd love to use bitcoin only if I'm totally out of cash. But as much as I can, I'll keep it. Needless to say, this is what we want when an establishment, business, or company starts accepting bitcoin as payment.
If i am a landlord and i am planning to accumulate BTCitcoin then i want to get my tenant to pay when the price of BTCitcoin is low rather than accumulating when the price is riding on an all time high valuation because then the risk is on my side if there is a major correction and i needs to convert them to fiat before accumulating them once again.
But you don't predict when exactly the price of bitcoin will become low. I get the point of that scene so that you'll be getting more bitcoins. But it's also up to the tenants if they're willing to pay you with bitcoin at any season, up and down.
We will see more news like this in the future and it is not that surprising now as everyone already jumped to the cryptocurrency bandwagon  Grin.
There really are many of merchants and companies that will be on the news just because they've adopted bitcoin as payment.

I wish there were more non-institutional options as well when it comes to rent. I'm renting an apartment, and I would love to pay the rent directly in BTC, but people see it as something high-risk, so they always prefer fiat. And when I did some freelancing before, I stated that both local fiat and Bitcoin were fine as forms of payment for me, but again, people chose fiat because they didn't even know how to use Bitcoin... I guess eventually with more news like this the situation will change. Bitcoin might not be suitable for small payments right now, but something like a monthly rent payment is a great use case because a transaction will be big enough for the fee to be okay and there's usually no need for it being confirmed immediately.

I've never seen Bitcoin use for payment of rent because mostly I just saw the use of the bitcoin paying for stuff around the stores but I think it's not impossible because you see today companies are accepting the use of the bitcoin payment and one of this popular is the Tesla in another country its a good investment and use of the bitcoin but I guess my country is not ready for this kind of investment and payments.

I'm glad that Bitcoin adoption is gradually increasing and becoming a thing. Mass adoption will push Bitcoin to an even greater price, reaching $100K is now more feasible. We need more institutions to accept crypto to induce more people to accept as well. However, I am not fond of using Bitcoin to spend on any commodities as Fiat would perfectly fit for it (for me at least) while Bitcoin is more likely to be used as an investment or something.

I'd rather use fiat than Bitcoin to pay my rent due to the insane amount of transaction fee. Its almost no fee if you pay rent via online bank transaction or in cash compared to Bitcoin. Maybe if Bitcoin blockchain solve scalability issue then it will be good on using for payment to our bills and etc but for now, Bitcoin is good for investment only as an asset. Just my opinion.

Even if the payment is monthly or bi monthly I prefer paying through cash with the high transaction fee you will be paying an additional $15 to $20 I'm paying an apartment that cost $140 and it's hard to shoulder additional $15 when it's hard to make money now because of the pandemic, but I'm glad that they offer this , this is a good option for those who can and who wants.

Slow and steady wins the race. In the last 10 years, Bitcoin makes its position slowly step by step it struggles hugely to survive and in the end, bitcoin has done this. Many renowned institutions are now adopting Bitcoin as their payment method so is it a pillar of success and establish as a legal currency? Bitcoin has to correct some limitations on it and Increase good service as expected.

Nice! To me, I'd advice that a discount should be given when these tenants pay in Bitcoin (that's if the Estate / Landlord really wants Bitcoin Payment). One of the things I noticed is the "opting" word. It's better that he is giving it to them as an option and not forcing it on them. Anyways, adoption is here!

This will bring the use cases to ordinary people that are yet to expose to digital currency thereby increasing the mass adoption. Cryptocurrency is the future and anyone jumping in now is still part of the early stage.

the owner of the house or the property who requested for payment in bitcoin is actually a smart person. Lets say he is not intending to make use of the money immediately and then the price increases, that is a double pay for him as it has become and automated investment.
Honestly, he'll be taking the risk. But probably he thinks that the value of Bitcoin will grow in the next 4 years and that he has a plan to hold it. well, that be smart, he actually adopting the new system aside from making this another form of investment.

As soon as one person starting this, many were to follow them. And I was expecting the effect of how Elon Musk brags people to think about accepting Bitcoin if there is someone who would like to pay in Bitcoin.
