the invisibility around Djokovic is now over and he is having a really bad year and might be the worst year in his entire career,he has to rejuvenate his career and take some rest before playing again
In any format of the game, All players will get bad time once in their lifetime. So this is the bad time for two players one is Djokovic, and another player is Nadal. These two players performance is too worst in this year. They give up many easy matches. So yes they must take some rest now. That's true. New comers were giving hard fight against senior players. Over the past few weeks matches most of the match win was judged on the deciding set. Very few matches went single handed with direct set winning. So seniors needs to be with perfection to sustain in their positions.
I think the retirement time comes for all senior players Djokovic, Nadal and Federer. If they continue this flop show full year they will come down in Tennis Rankings. If they come down over 10th rank, then it there ends. So this is the good time to take retairment. It's my opinion that's it.
