When you play a large parlay game it's expected to lose in any game. You just go in these types of bets with the clear expectation that there will be times that you'll seemingly be very unlucky with a single upset ruining the entire thing.

And the bigger the parlay the bigger the chances to go bust on the slip... It's simple math. No matter how good the predictions, there's upsets in sports every now and then which ruin bet slips like this. That's why my strategy in parlay bets is to place many of them but with small amounts. For example o aim for 10x total multipliers, and if I hit that more than 1/10th of the times I'm happy.

Who wouldn't be happy when our multi bet wins?
All gamblers would be happy to see their bet win.

The tension will always be there especially if you do multi with many teams and other teams have won the match you are just waiting for one more team so that your bet wins, of course here there is a sense of anxiety and tension because waiting for the game to finish whether the match wins or loses that you choose with the prediction.

There is a special satisfaction when the multi bet wins especially when it includes 9 matches that feel very difficult to guess the game.

I did a multi bet with 5 matches selected but it always failed because 4 were successful and 1 was lost.

You have great courage, bro. I must praise you because to win a parlay bet there is always tension in every match even tension occurs at big odds and the last few matches that are ongoing and the bookmaker offers you cashout but you still choose to hold your faith to win all your predictions.

After avoiding parlay bets with too many matches for a long time, previously I always felt what you feel now when I have a parlay bet with odds of more than @10 on the last 2 or 3 matches that are in progress, I feel tense and as if I want to cash out the winnings because actually for me the results are already very good. But I chose to be a greedy bettor but the results were very bad, always losing.

But after a lot of experience, I only use parlay bets (no more than 4 matches) which makes me more comfortable without tension.

I shared my thoughts on this thread yesterday. And I said I have another bet is on, and I will also share it if I won the bet. Though there was a cashout of 29k on the ticket yesterday but I didn't cash it out, and I was tempted to cashout the game.
Gamble is really fun when you win no matter whether you are gambling for fun or not. There is this kind of tension that always comes when the last game is on and they are not playing according to how you predicted them. Share your thoughts.
Just want to say lucky me.

Personally with multibets, i rather not look at them before all the bets are settled, because there's a reason i had all those matches combined, and not one match less, and backing out / cashing out before the end doesn't really make sense.

That said, if i accidentally look before all the bets in the multibet are settled, i'll definitely chicken out and cash out. Even though that wouldn't make sense. I don't really have any justification for that, but my nerves probably couldn't handle it. That's why i rather just not look.

But i don't really do combination bets anymore. Because i always get to greedy and never win on those.

It's always like this and it Carry's tension and If you don't have that mindset to be able watch while the last game run you would be i state of perplexity like being so confused while the game keeps running and you would have this thought to go cash out or just have patient till it runs finally.

I have experienced this severally from some of games, I will leave to run and sometimes the game would cut immediately I started regretting for not cashing out.

It's a typical situation where your stakes are rising as you go. The money on the line is now (in your head) much bigger because you feel like after having won a few bets in the parlay, you already hold a significantly higher stake, although technically you do not because until it's all done you don't own any of the profits.
It's funny how our brains quickly learn to treat the money like it's up for grabs, like we own it already.

I'm the one who never cash out my bet no matter what my feeling.

Have you ever had anyone that you later regretted?

Usually when my mind tells me to cash out a parlay that has been running for days I don’t hesitate to do it, there are times when after cashing out the next game turns out to be wrong and would have voided everything while sometimes it runs for sometime (maybe two or three more games) before it finally cuts but I’ve already gotten my money out of it. The parlays that I’ve accumulated that did run till the end and everything were correct are very few so that’s why I there’s no single hesitation in my mind when it comes to cashing it halfway through the game.

Just want to say lucky me.

Thing is most of the things you think is a problem with gambling, is purely self-imposed and is pretty much nonexistent soon as you see gambling as nothing but a way to let off some steam. I've experienced the same thing and have been with people who think the same way as you. I can say for certain that things like "last game tensions" aren't something you experience when you gamble without the idea of reaching goals, except just having fun.

With that being said, you have to get into this state that allows you to just be okay no matter what happens, as long as you make sure you don't lose too much money and even then you have to be in a mindset where you're not always after chasing wins. It's pretty much easy when you take that first step and I'm not saying you're a gambling addict cause from the looks of it you're not, but it's pretty good practice if you wanna rid yourself of this last game tension you're talking about.

Gamble is really fun when you win no matter whether you are gambling for fun or not.
You are right here. When you are gambling and you are winning, there is always joy. It’s not because of the amount you will be winning, but because your prediction is right. Nobody is going to be happy when they are losing, even if the money is a small amount of money, and it’s not really going to have any impact on their lives. But if their prediction is wrong, then they will feel bad, so both people who are gambling for fun and the once’s who are gambling for the sake of money really want to be winning.

There is this kind of tension that always comes when the last game is on and they are not playing according to how you predicted them. Share your thoughts.

There will definitely be tension when gambling, and you have just one match left to be played. Just think about it, if you decide to place a bet on 10 matches and 9 matches have been played, your mind won’t be at rest because you will want to win the last one.

I tried to convert OP bets to our local currency, as well as the winning value of this multibet bet slip. Interestingly, there are nine matches included in the OP slip for the bet. Although, it seems that the odds chosen are the lowest odds. Previously, I apologize for not following the matches listed in this multibet slip, so I don't know the results of the matches. Interestingly, it seems like you prefer to bet on the favorite team even with low odds. That makes sense, because the chances of the favorite team are very high to win the match. But what interests me is how often do you win multibet bets with the idea of choosing the lowest odds. Because, it seems that we have different ideas for betting. Whether it's a single match or a multibet. Usually I prefer two or three matches to be included in the list, even with ideal odds and options. I mean, I don't focus only on 1 × 2. Apart from that, whatever we think of in our bets, the important thing is that we know very well every risk.

Talking about the fun of gambling, of course, it cannot be separated from what is called victory.  I'm sure, no one can deny the most enjoyable thing when getting a win. even so, tension is also part of gambling itself. as you said, in the last match of a multibet bet, it will usually always provide tension. although, the team we choose is the favorite team. still, adrenaline will be pumped especially when we watch it live. but the good thing is if we are in doubt about the last match, we can choose the option to cash out.

Betting multi will give much greater risk and this is really harder bet to win, especially if it is bet with more than total of 5 to 7 matches then the percentage of winning can be very small.
If everything is successful and only one last match is left, then it is undeniable that there is feeling of tension or anxiety about the final result that is the determinant, I have experienced it several times and it becomes big adrenaline.
But to decide on things that are not wanted, I usually take shortcut if it is available, choosing to cash out and take some profit even though it is far from the total amount of winnings.
At least I can release tension and anxiety, indeed even though it is just for fun it can still be disappointing because it is not about money but about the predictions that I have worked hard to make.
Indeed, multiple bets or what I call parlai bets have a very big risk, if you lose one, it will destroy the bets that have been won in the previous match. Even though the benefits that are obtained are also large but with a large risk it is also a very natural thing in multi-betting.

Yes, especially if this is only one match that determines him to get a victory in his bet, it will definitely be tense, at times like that if it's me, I will feel very nervous and almost forget myself that whether I will get a win or not, because the determination usually likes to provide more tension, not the same as the bet in the first match.

Sports betting always has tension because we expect according to the predictions we want, for example, some in the Paris Olympics match and yesterday's Champions League match there is tension where you continue to see news data about the match if you often continue to check this is clearly tension.

Sometimes the predictions do not match and we lose bets due to only one match that is not exactly predicted, sometimes there is a little regret why only one failed while the other 5 matches were successfully guessed.

That's how in multi-betting the odds are always great but more often than not, they don't match the expectations because there are too many matches to choose from in multi-betting.

You're lucky, I didn't even got that type of results that I won't have any lose. But compared to your odds, I don't find it exciting so I am just the casual gambler that looks for fun but at the same time, trying to make some if I can. And as you've said, gambling is really fun and that's the reality about it and when results like yours come to anybody, they'll now understand why we're like this and that's the feeling that cannot be explained and even how many times you tell people on how it goes upon winning, it's such an achievement and self fulfilling and that's why we keep on doing it again.

If I'm always in the position to advice anyone in situations like this, I'd always say the same thing - hit that cash out button as quickly as you can....  You're not gonna stir up and have your adrenaline gushing out before the whole ticket begins, then experience the same thing again with a just one game left to secure a win.... No matter what the odds are, "if you're aiming for the stars and can't reach 'em, you should land on the moon ".

The worst part of it is that when the game begins, the cashout option disappears... "You can't eat your cake and have it"..
I wouldn't even wanna put such pressure on myself anyway.

Watching your last gameplay is one hell of a tension. Never have I tried to do that because of the anxiety and the discomfort that comes with putting my emotions on a high level, whether to cash out before the last game or hold on.

When I am in the situation of the last game, I don't like holding on to it. I prefer cashing out on time than getting my emotions dangling on the bet whether it will be played out as predicted or otherwise. To avoid such a scenario of mixed feelings happening, I prefer to cash out on time because it's better to have some cash at hand no matter how little it is, than end up losing or winning without a relaxed mind at the last game.

Congrats to you for having the mind to wait on the last game to play till the end. Not everyone has the confidence to that. Those who have, gets unlucky to lose their bet

WOW! Almost a difference of 100k reward for not cashing out. Congratulations man.

I bet you must have been very positive about the remaining games and it's just damn rewarding to see it paying off in this way. Gambling is indeed unpredictable, another person might try waiting for these games to play till the end in some other instance and get the reverse of this result you've gotten. When it comes to cashing out or allowing the last game play through, you have too crap your emotion in check and br ready to accept whatever comes out of your decision.

Congratulations @OP!

I remember there was a thread where a high roller bet parlay, but he choose to cash out because he was not sure with the last match, turns out he's correct to cash out the money since his last prediction was wrong.

However in other case like this one, not cashing out your bet is the right decision.

I'm the one who never cash out my bet no matter what my feeling.
A lot of people use cash out option as part of their strategy especially in casinos that allow partial cash out. It could be good for them provided they are making profits and instead of losing the entire bet. I have also cashed out my bets a couple of times but it is not always easy for me to make such decision as I feel that my prediction will work even though I also prepare my mind should reverse becomes the case. I will regret more if I cash out a bet that will give me major win and it work out well in my favor than I would regret not using the cash out and the game fail. Because of this, I usually use the cashout option when my game seem to be going the wrong way.
On sport games like this, a lot of us always take the cashout advantage because some of us don't believe a parallel games can succeed to the end. However OP took a big risk with the amount he used to stake the bet. It's not everyone that will see cashout on their game and leave it. Op wouldn't have been happy if he lost the game. It's true that winning  adds more happiness to a gambler, and the gambler might also forget about the days he lost. Congratulations to OP winning.
Yes, this is true on which the emotion that you would really be having that last bet will really be that extreme on which you would really be rather winning or losing accordingly.
Tension would really be that on the peak on which on the moment that you will really be worrying up into your bet and secure winnings then you must to do it so that you wont really be having any regret on the time or moment that you would really be dealing up yourself with those sudden lost with that last bet. Winning up on parlays would really be that hard considering on multiple choices which it would really be requiring up that multiple wins on each bet and one lost then it would really be that a losing bet. Seeing on whats been sshow on the OP on which thats really that a huge selection and the odds
are really that great but the risks is really that too high. The beauty on having that parlays that winning amount is really something that significant but of course you would really be still needing up that luck.

Tension that comes on the last game/s.
Anyone has ever felt tension when the game is almost over, what's more, betting on sports, such as soccer, to be honest, I often get lucky in soccer gambling, Of course the money I won if calculated in dollar terms was only a few dollars, of course with my country's currency assessment what I won was enough to make me laugh out loud, I can be sure it was enough to eat for a month.

If I may know what currency 29k is...! Dollars or your national currency, my experience when I gambled was that in the last minute of a drawn match I was very tense, because the bet I placed was quite large, but all of that paid off when the goal was won in the last minute, the point is: gambling has a series of experiences that are always anxious and tense, that's what is called a game, where when the situation calms down we have to be able to control ourselves from all actions that are detrimental to ourselves.
