I would advocate you   to maintain a log with the records of  your tension against prediction for at least one year. You can measure tension by using any wearable with HRV ^{(Heart Rate Variability)} metrics which is admitted as a good stress detector.   It is funny to see  as a damp against stress is gradually building.

After that night I said to myself I will never cashout on any game again, so all I'm saying it that maybe if you have your own rules sometimes cashout would have been the better option but at least you won't feel that guilt that you didn't cashout because you have your rules.
