To be honest with you, for me actually, it's not really painful to lose a bet if I hadn't the time to check for possibilities of a cashout during the game or while the game was on, but it's way more painful, the kind I would refer to as "excruciating" if i see a cashout opportunity way higher than my initial bet and refuse to take it, only to end up losing that bet, it's usually like a double loss and it's very painful to be honest, much more painful than taking the cashout and later discovering that the game won, and that you would have made the complete potential win if you didn't take the cashout, in such situations, I simply just make myself happy with the cut I got from the cashout.
