I would no risk the beauty of design, just to look good at favicon size, no one looks those tiny anyway.

My vote is still on logo #4 it can be used as a favicon and it can be re-size to 16x16 for the desktop icon, simple and easy to recognize.

changing 'terra' hemisphere is not a problem if needed.

....... i like #3 (not my first choice) .... but seems to be popular so if it wins .... could the artist not repeat the same 3 faces of the globe ... can do 1 Americas, 2 africa&europe, 3 asia pacific oz ...
also might want to narrow it to top3 and have a grand finale, where the logos are reduced to favicons to make sure the 'logo/brand' works at that level.

It is the most close to any Terra/earth correlation.
Has very nice colours and the design looks pro.
Stable/strong connection comes to mind when looking at it.

#7 too, looks easy on eyes and T letter is attached to circled, good colors combination
