It can be either way around, may be pitch is good for bowlers but Australia batsmen really played well. Nauman Ali has got fair amount of turn in the firt innings and from that I guess that pitch has something for bowlers which Australians bowlers took full advantage. Pakistan survived innings defeat but still they will face huge defeat

You can say that the Indian side has been playing within India and that can be the reason for the stellar performance but psychologically this team now has a positive attitude and high satisfaction level. Next will be to see them perform outside the subcontinent and more in other parts of this world where cricket is played.

Even with Virat kohli captaincy India would have won this series very easily. Virat has been the best test match captain for India so this series win was always expected.
The real test of rohit and these young players would be outside the subcontinent.
But yes a win is a win and the credit for that must be given the captain, coach and the whole team.

India need to show similar performance outside the subcontinent. In the previous tournament outside home India started with a good performance, but the same didn't continue throughout the series. This made India win the first match and loss the second and third test matches against South Africa. Australia have planned for a India tour on September/October. India recently toured SA and lost miserably in Tests and ODI series, lost test 2-1 and were whitewashed in ODI series. Don't forget Srilanka is weak team and beating them at home ground doesn't made India a strong team. We have to wait and see how Rohit performs against teams like NZ, Australia and Pakistan.

I think they should make a tour outside the subcontinent. That's correct. There spirit and enthusiasm was missing though! Sajid khan looked lost. People are much interested in ODI then Test match. It's more time consuming and sometime is too boring to watch. May the best team win. Tomorrow is the fourth day. Looking fwd for some amazing cricket.

Yes Indian cricket team used to perform well within the country, but very few players have better records out of home. One such player for India in recent years is Virat Kohli. As said, the upcoming test series against Australia is the real testing for India to show their ability. Indian grounds were much dominated by the spinners and this time this time Bumrah have taken credit with his short run fast pace bowling.

They just opted for the safest option. the actual thing is, they just didn't want to get beat by Australia on their home ground after such a long time.
