how is this progressing guys? I have heard a lot of negative reviews lately, but given the nature of crypto community, I don't trust those comments. But I'm not a command panel guy, so I guess waiting for gui is the only way for me to find out

The tokens will be released. Arthur the main guy is actually incredibly active, on any given day you can find him on the riot channel. It's progressing pretty well I feel.
My take on Tezos is fairly optimistic…To me, their biggest selling point is meta upgrades… Their noble approach to blockchain control/organization is fascinating… Wonder if they will be able to adapt to the impending changes and efficiently incorporate the innovations?

You are first required to go through kyc/aml before you can claim XTZ on betanet/mainnet, required information is available on tezos's site[1]. Afaik there's only command line client to interact with tezos blockchain, i would recommend you to wait for mainnet release and a GUI wallet.[1] https://tezos.com/betanet/
It could takes hundred, thousand years for bruteforce to access your tezos funds. It's hard to be exact in this case, but get ready for that your great-great-great -grandson will actually access your funds. You can write a little bit manual for them and pass it from generation to next generation.

Tezos is its own blockchain, not a derivative of any other blockchain. Tezos is a secure, future smart contract system. Tezos price for today is $2.146. I thing this a good project. I hope stay invested on Tezos and the marketing of Tezos continues to grow in future.

I have seen the list of bakers at www.mytezosbaker.com There are very few bakers listed there. Is the list incomplete or there is a less interest in baking Tezos?
