How long will you wait. When will it be released? You need to solve all questions and think about us.

The problem seems to be the foundation wont give any of the ICO money to the team due to some concerns,it now has at least two lawsuits and as I now believe the fbi are involved as well. This is just my opinion but it could be at least the summer of next year before you see your tokens if ever.If you read your contract with tezos you will see as quoted in the Merkle tezos never said you would deff receive tokens it might just be a donation on your part.

At this point a class action lawsuit is only going to hurt investors. If you got in on the ICO, the value of your Tezos is still up some 500%.
Quite impressive considering nothing has happened. It was obviously a mistake to partner with Johann Gevers. But I would still trust the Breitman's, and give them some time to get this resolved.
"This was never an investment that had any guaranteed timeline, and February still seems fair to me. A class action lawsuit will only add to the problems and delays.
I just hope this coin won't bite the dust. This is one of many problems with icos, its hard to guess which coin is going to have legal issues and which coin will runits usual service for many upcoming years"

Tezos is its own blockchain, not a derivative of any other blockchain. Tezos is a secure, future smart contract system. Tezos price for today is $2.146. I thing this a good project. I hope stay invested on Tezos and the marketing of Tezos continues to grow in future. I don’t even know what are the results of the trial related to this project. When can I get my money back. Here I see another initiative. It seems like just an outlaws doings. I thought Tezos is frozen.

I know all these legal/monetary have caused development to delay, but I wonder if they've had any impact on the actual substance of the project.  Are we still getting the same features and platform that was advertised a year ago?

hmmm, I already saw the same post some pages ago, thanks for copy/paste.
anyway, personnaly I have no problems with KYC verification, but some people can have problems and won't clam their coins with means less supply even if it will be a small part you can add to this all those who lost their key

I agree we'll see less token in ciculation, but unfortunately it'll also push some believers away from Tezos.

This is cool. I am sure it will sort itself out in due time, just because one of the founders is deemed a problem by the others doesn't mean it cannot be worked out or personnel replaced.

It's a bit surprising for me that they still did not put up at least a new website with all the funding that they got. The good thing about Tezos is many people expect it to grow as something very big and view it as a long term hold, so there shouldn't be much dumping for starters.

As they say in hollywood, any publicity is good publicity.  I think there's going to be a lot of pent up demand for Tezos once they deliver.  I personally know a few people waiting on it that don't trust the Hitbtc futures. Smiley Smiley

This can also add value to the project itself. As a marker flipper this may not be a good investment, but it can be fantastic to keep on it. This will give investors less incentive to sell. And even more reasons to keep their token, which will eventually make the project more successful and create a higher market!

This is true? While i'm don't seeing this requirement from developers Tezos.

I think it would be TON. It appears as a solution to a common problem for all cryptocurrencies. The idea is simple: to provide blockchain as the same foundation to make it more accessible.
The TON architecture is designed to allow three things: First speed and scalability, second easy-to-use interface or display, and wide user-base
Its flexibility will also make it an appropriate base for use other than exchange, such as automatic storage or transactions.
TON will instantly become the most widely used cryptocurrency in the world. And if they can build, above all, all the functions they propose, can reshape an internet.
So this is my opinion, not one 100% accurate. Better when you do your own research.
